Everyone was very friendly. Vehicle was great (full sized pick-up). Getting the vehicle and turning it in were very streamlined and quick. There was a glitch with the reservation, but was resolved quickly!

Had a wonderful experience renting from this location. The representatives were very kind and professional. The Toyota Hybrid SUV we rented was fantastic on gas and drove very nice. Look forward to using Alamo again!

The operation at the Pittsburgh airport was the best customer service I've ever experienced, both at the desk and at the pickup/return location.
