These guys are great! Almost went to a different shop but got a better deal online on a full set of tires so I decided to come here. Glad I did! Everyone was friendly, took a look at my old tire issue and agreed with what I’d figured out through my own research, affirmed my new tire choice and were super honest, no-nonsense.

Most of the time I know what I am buying b4 I arrive...I enjoy the express checkout because I don't buy a lot unless my son is home from college. He like to snacks... large HERRS bags that went from $6 to $9 after pandemic...

Quite often do not have what I need. I usually have a list of about 15 things, knowing at the very least 2 or 3 won't be in stock. The lines are always horrendous. Additionally, dislike the receipt check procedure or the employees working that section. They make you feel like a criminal for an honest mistake. The procedure of writing up the customer information and issue, while the line continues to grow longer behind you, followed by announcing to the whole store what the issue was... only to have you five-ten minutes later finally go back to customer service to fix the issue, wait in line for a half hour, and find that the customer service person didn't even pay attention to the announcement. Embarrassing and ridiculous for no reason.

Called with some questions. Drew was very helpful over the phone. Brought the car in and he gave me an honest opinion. He was courteous and straightforward. Don't need tires just now but will bring car back to this site in a few months and after putting on a few thousand more miles. Highly recommend.

Best tire buying experience of my 83 years. I ordered and paid for the tires of my choice on BJ's website to be delivered to the store and made an appointment for installation 4 days later. My tires were installed at my chosen appointment time by Neil and Drew in a very professional manner. Very Happy

I ordered sandwich trays for a party ( I went to the store in person and ordered them earlier in the week). The trays were not there when I went to pick them up. The deli person kept telling me I must have ordered from the wrong store ( no I ordered in person). The manager then told me I couldn't have ordered them because they didn't have a woman working the night I went. Well, I can't control who I spoke to the night I went or who was in the deli section but someone took my order during the week. Manager offered to make new trays, but how will that help me when I couldn't come back to pick them up???? I asked if they could Uber the trays to the party since it was their fault and I was told no just come back. Well, that was not so easy to do, the store was completely out of my way. I wasn't the only one who had issues yesterday. The person before me had 3 deli trays ordered and they were completely wrong. They needed to redo all the trays. After talking to people at my party I heard more horror stories about orders not being there or not right at this same store. Maybe the store should use a computerized system for their orders instead of papers and sticky notes??? I will never shop there again. But I do have to say, I called the Wawa that was near the party on DeKalb Pike in Blue Bell and they made me 2 sandwich packs that were the same as the sandwich trays I ordered from BJ's. People were thrilled. The packs came with sides and everything for the sandwich (that I wouldn't get from BJ's). Ready as soon as I pulled in!

In case you're expecting more, this is just a grocery store. It doesn't have beautiful displays (go to Wegman's) or wide array of interesting products (ditto, or Whole Foods). What is has is basic staples in volume, mostly at deeply discounted prices. You can reliably shop here for: paper products; dairy, meats, deli, bath supplies and basic pharmacy, canned goods, starch staples (rice, pasta, breads), baby products, cereals, beverages. The store does have limitations. Veggies and fruits are (as in most volume stores) limited. (But Costco does better.) Fish products are almost nonexistent. (Ditto on Costco.) Would not be a first choice (or even second or third) for baked goods and desserts. (Try Wegman's or Whole Foods.) And consumer goods are limited by space, as this is a smaller footprint store.That said, I always get what I need, at excellent prices. My experience is that the store's staff are polite and helpful, although lately it seems that I really need to search for someone. (This was not true pre-pandemic. Which probably explains why there are no carts in the store--be sure to get one in the lot!) I am polite and respectful in speaking with service workers; frankly, I'm glad that they are working. Every once in a while I speak with a sourpuss here, but that's decidedly the exception in my opinion. Anyway-it's just a grocery store, and it's all good with expectations tailored accordingly!

Great service! Great staff! They do excellent work with great attention to detail. Including tightening your lug nuts to manufacturers suggested torque specifications! And that means a lot to me! They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you are safe on the road.

I had very bad experience Every time, this location was close to me, but Pretty Sucks service,the outside lady who check the items kind of stupid and rule, I'm so scared to see her face Every single time, always sad and mad ... they should hire more people to do that, not just wasting my time, you think you can count 30 bottles milk with your eyes? Figure out!
