Connie at the reception desk welcomed us to the hotel…. Gracious, informative, professional and especially friendly! So nice! The room was oversized and spacious! And the restaurant fabulous! Great service from Luke, Jillian, Bruna and hats off to Chef Rashad! The tomahawk steak and salmon were perfect! Talk about a beautiful presentation! I have to thank Jay for his fabulous espresso martinis! Jay treated us with great attention while we enjoyed listening to the band…. Undercover the People’s Band! And also another thank you to Donna for excellent hospitality! This spot is top notch! Thank you to everyone for all the attention and kindness. We will be back.
Food & drinks: Delicious!!! Loved our tomahawk steak and salmon. Of course the drinks too! We appreciated the constant attention from Luke and Jillian!

Nothing last forever, we have been staying at hotel Fiesole for the last 12 years. This year we arrived around 4pm and were met at the check in desk by a lady that seemed like we were bothering her for showing up. We just kept a positive attitude and and after few minutes she seemed to lighten up a bit and figured she must just had bad day. As we checked into our room we found a used tee shirt in one of the dresser’s and several pubic hairs in and around the tub top. We asked our friends to meet us for dinner at 5:30 and it only got worse. The food was bad and the pork chop I ordered came with a tauter sauce on it. When asking the chef what that was he told me it was Italian bbq sauce. He continued to argue with all of us about what we should like. He left and continued to walk around and ask other tables if they liked his cooking. We waited for another 45 minutes for our check and then finally went into the bar and asked the waiter for our check. He was very rude and said why didn’t I say something if I wanted the check. I think the good days are gone

Although my son dines here regularly, my visits two or three times a year exceed ALL of my expectations.
Food & drinks: Drinks, appetizers, salads, entrees, desert, everything is so well done. Guaranteed to far exceed your expectations.

Called to make a reservation for Mothers Day Brunch and was told that the price was $60 per person not including drinks. I was a little taken back about the price but figured it would be worth it if the food was great and after all it was for moms special day. We arrived and were seated in the upper dining room which meant that we had to walk downstairs each time we wanted to visit the buffet. This was a little inconvenient for younger folks but to expect that older folks could keep walking up and down the stairs every time they wanted more food is ridiculous. The food was terrible. The buffet consisted of shrimp, waffles, frozen square potato homefries that were hard and overcooked, Scrambled eggs, cold penne pasta, chicken marsala and made to order omelettes. There was a separate room for desserts but as people picked through it the table with the desserts looked totally unkept and a mess. Thats it for $60 per person and they took the liberty of adding the tip. The service at the table was equally as bad. We had dishes stacked up in the center of the table because the waiter did not come and pick them up until we said something. Each of us had a drink from the bar and our bill for 7 people was over $600 which is completely OUTRAGEOUS for what we got. The buffet at Hennings Market blows this place out of the water. I am not one to leave bad reviews on Google because I am a business owner and realize that everyone can have a bad day once in a while but this was beyond anything I could have imagined. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Stopped in for drinks after dinner and was really digging it. There were 3 levels and a bar on each level. We went with the middle level bar and really enjoyed the quiet/cozy atmosphere. The drinks were excellent, as well as the bartenders. They had a nice seasonal drink menu with a few unique creations. I went with the Ferrari, it was delicious.

I stayed there because it was walking distance to the school I was going to at the time. My only upset is that the deal they had with the students only worked on certain days of the week

Everything was just very mediocre. Drinks and dinner. There was really nothing special about the atmosphere, the service or the food. Would not go back.

This staff‼️ We had a private event there last night and from La’s leadership to: Laura, Gerrie, Cara, Jay and everyone else - absolutely the Best management, service and execution I’ve experienced in a long time. EVERYONE went above and beyond to make sure each guest had a fantastic evening. I’m amazed that we were just one of many events they hosted lasted week - you would never have known that we weren’t their sole focus for weeks. ?????????????

This hotel used to be a decent establishment. However it has gone down over the years. Restaurants, staff, and food are sloppy.

Lovely place, and generous, accommodating manager. The downstairs bar is a nice place to sit and chat over a glass of wine.

Sat at the bar and had drinks and dinner. My wife had a great lemon drop martini. Brussel sprouts, burger, and scallops were all fantastic.

Now it's been sometime since I've been to Hotel Fiesole. But last time I went it was for brunch and they had this gnocchi there... this picture to this day haunts me of how delicious it was! Is this still served there ?
