“My husband and I went into this store this morning looking for an impact driver. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted pleasantly by the cashier first, and then by the manager, Courtney. We didn't know that Courtney was the manager until we called the store later to let the manager know how terrific she is, and how wonderful she was to us. Courney showed us what we were looking for, found it in the locked supply case, and explained to us that we could get both the Makita and TCS in-store warranties for very little extra money. Also, the impact driver that we picked out just happened to be on sale, saving us $55.00! So we ended up getting an extra battery and the impact driver with 4-year warranties for both. Thank you Courtney! This TSC store knows what customer service is! I would recommend them any day.”

We also get alot of clothing for our 15 month old but as well! They have a good amount of toys for them and pretty much most things you would need for a baby, besides big furniture. They have household items and clothing for men and women as well! Over all we found it a good priced one stop shop for the family”

“I was looking for Levi jeans. I called the Levi stores that I googled. They all said they didn't carry big and tall sizes even at the Levi outlet store in Pottstown. Someone at Kohls said to try Macy's and they had my jeans and they were 69.00 dollars.”

“I bought a game at Target online and was worried that they really didn't have it in stock or when I got to the store to pick it up, they wouldn't be able to find it. But none of those things happened. The game was bagged and waiting for me. It took about 3 minutes to retrieve and it was the right game. I was very pleased with the whole process!”

“I don't shop at department store often--somehow it's just not my thing; I don't like its layout. I like shopping at individual stores such as Gap, Old Navy and etc. Yet once in a while, I will go to Macy's to check out their clearance clothings. When it's clearance, you can guarantee to find good deals of their store brands. I also like walking around. The sensation of wandering in a department store is nice and irreplaceable. Too bad that most department stores are dying.”
“The KOP Bloomingdales has been a consistent and reliable go-to department store for me and my family for decades. It was my great grandmother's favorite store! This location has 3 floors and escalators at the center of the store. There is a wide selection within the many different departments. I love that they regularly run 30-40% off sales on high end brands. I frequent the women's clothing, jewelry, handbags, shoes, cosmetics and gifts sections. Another thing I love about Bloomingdales is that if an item I want is not available in store, they can find it at another location and have it shipped for free! Occasionally, you'll walk around and find departments with no staff person working at the register. Most often, you can head over to the nearest department and find someone there. The staff I've encountered over the years has been incredibly helpful. The personal shoppers are great too”
