“Brought my truck with 100k miles on it to B&M for a ticking in the motor and an AC that wasn’t working. Feared the worst and that I was about to drop thousands into a repair. Ben called me the next day said I needed a new condenser for the AC. Not a big deal. For the ticking, after looking over it and driving it he basically said that it’s a truck with 100k miles on it. It’s going to makes some noise but there were no real issues with the engine. He could have easily told me it was a bigger issue and taken me for thousands of dollars in repairs but he was straight up and honest. My wife and I have been looking for a reliable honest fair priced mechanic since we moved to collegeville and B&M is just that. Great experience and a relief. We will be taking all our vehicles to B&M for everything vehicle related moving forward.”
