Geisinger charged my insurance $1080 for routine bloodwork that would have cost $58 out of pocket at Health Network Labs. That's EIGHTTEEN TIMES MORE. How is this even legal?UPDATE: After paying my bill I submitted a respectfully worded complaint to the billing department. My help ticket was unceremoniously closed with no response whatsoever.

Drove 35 minutes to get here at 12:05. Greeted by a sign saying will return at 1pm. I had to leave work to make it. Its a monday and we don't have time for this. The dickson city location screwed us over Saturday.

New location at 631 has no privacy. Sitting here listening to everyone and all their personal detailed information...Feels uncomfortable! This should be behind a closed door like they used to have.

I’ve never had a problem here before until today. Staff is always nice. I made an appointment for 720am. I walked in directly behind an older gentleman. Instead of asking if the older gentleman had an appointment, receptionist just took his paper & told me to sign in. I said well I had an appointment at 720 which was the exact time I walked in. She said well I already took his paper & to sign in. My question is…..why are appointments not adhered to?! What’s the point of making an appointment if staff still makes me wait?! This should not happen

Best lab to have blood work done. I've taken my daughter, son, and husband there, all different times, all different people drew their blood, and all went well!! My daughter has very tiny veins, and my husband is scared to death of needles. No complaints from either when I bring them here!

Quick, efficient and very good at their jobs. Even if you get there with 4 people ahead it’s never more than 15 mins. Always friendly too

I am terrified of needles and the whole process but they were so patient with me! They let me have blood taken in their recliner chair in case i passed out, used the smallest needle, and talked to me while it was happening. No bruising and it was done in a flash! They were fantastic!

The girls that work there are so good at their jobs!!! Wonderful experience!! Would tell anyone who dreads going to have blood drawn, this is the pace to go!
