This is one of the finest, if not the very finest, gym in northeastern Pennsylvania. I say this has someone who has patronized several of them. The equipment is well maintained, and the staff are consistently helpful and pleasant. The environment is cheerful, well lit, and spotlessly clean, and they accommodate everyone with equal grace, from amateurs with modest goals of health improvement to serious collegiate athletes. For those who need it, they offer fitness training, but they are unobtrusive about it and will not suggest it unless you request it.

Great gym atmosphere. Being there makes you want to get better and you are not distracted by the gimmicks and nonsense that commercial gyms have. As a student athlete I highly recommend browns gym.

Brown's gym is friendly and very clean gym. The owners are professional athletes and even though they've won a lot of awards you can approach them and ask them any questions you have about working out or nutrition and they're always happy to help you any way they can with a lot of encouragement thrown in.

Best gym in the entire area. I have seen D1 collegiate level gyms around the country as an active duty Marine and a collegiate athlete and undoubtedly recommend this gym. The owners Jim and Janel Brown hold world records in powerlifting and cater to all walks of fitness lifestyles (yoga classes, powerlifting, crossfit, NPC, you name it...they are certified and ready to teach)

If you just need your workout done this place have almost everything. But they definitely need some hardware refresh. Many pieces just have damaged leather parts. They must be either replaced or fixed.

Great gym, very clean, and plenty of equipment. The owner helped out with a billing situation from years back when I had moved away (which was completely my fault). I definitely recommend this business.
