Initially I was hesitant to purchase pieces off their website since it looked a bit outdated. I reached out to Rachelle and she was super nice and accommodating so I decided to purchase my first tennis bracelet here! I just received my bracelet and it is BEAUTIFUL omg. I highly recommend buying from goldngals and I will be returning for sure! P.S. def buy directly from the goldngals website, its cheaper than etsy!

You know that thing you leave outside at night for someone else to take in the morning? What's that called? Oh yeah, TRASH. That is EXACTLY what this "company". Drove down to the Cheswick location that no longer exists even though they advertise that it does. Then when asking what I wanted, the lady on the phone got extremely rude. Maybe they should also advertise that they won't buy from the public anymore either. I wouldn't even look their way. I've never felt more disrespected by a company as a potential customer. I guess I should have listened to most the other recent reviews about how they treat people. Stay far far far far away. The owner has replied claiming I cursed and they tried helping me but none of that is true. I would have accepted help but that was never offered. Just more excuses trying to save themselves.

This store is so great! I just went there with some silver coins and broken jewelry and walked out with an engagement ring I never thought I could afford. Rachel is so nice and helpful. Did I mention I got more than they offered me down the street? You can trust this place!!

Beware! I had some old jewerly I was looking to cash in. The female working at GoldNGals offered half the amount as 2 other diamond and gold dealers in the surrounding area. Additionally, she tried to tell me that the diamond I looking to cash in was not real because her electronic device that she fully relies on was not lighting up. I just walked out the door wondering how many poor people that she has taken advantage of. Fortunately, I had shopped around and was aware of the value of my jewelry. This place is a joke, don't waste your time. And I do understand that certain devices need to be used to validate authentic diamonds. However, your tester needs to be recalibrated or you are purposefully trying to take advantange of those who may not be aware of the precious stones they have in their possession.

Not the place sell bullion there are other locals who are a lot better. I have a 100 oz silver bar was offer $2000. Way lower than the other local dealers.I talked to you over the phone the price you offered was $500 lower than the next lowest offer I got. I called around and got prices before so I am not traveling around with 100 oz of silver. If anyone who reads my review doubts me check with the other local dealers in Natrona Heights and Lower Burrell you will see the other places pay better for bullion.

She offered me $175 for three 5 dollar gold eagles, three 1 gram gold bars, and three assorted gold peso coins. Spot was somewhere near 1300. The gold eagles were 3/10th oz by themselves. Atlantic gold exchange paid me over $800 dollars two days later.

Slight mistake with the website. But went back to the store and spoke with the owner Rachelle. She explained the mistake and no worries! I would definitely come back. Rachelle actually went above and beyond to help me out!
