Good people. Good delivery and load of my Outboard motor. Dude on the skid loader crushed the side in of the metal frame holding the outboard, but no damage to the motor so ok. Front office woman was cool and organized. All good.

Mike the guy with the red shirt needs to be sent home 2 weeks with no pay for nasty customer service. Needs major customer service training. BAD attitude anything you ask of him is a bother today's date 8/16/21 supervises needs to put in check if it was not for us the customers nor him or any fed ex employee have a Job the company we work for spends thousands of dollars a year using FedEx frieght. Mike honesty needs to be sent home for ever !!!!!! Fire him. FedEx !!!!!!

My fiance ordered a swing set from home depot who used fed ex to ship to our house. The delivery date was June 30th. I received one box when there was supposed to be two and they gave me the run around about how they forgot to put it on the truck so it'd be delivered the next day. The next day comes and they have the excuse of they put it on the wrong truck and they'd make sure I would receive it the next day. The next day comes and no package again but tried saying they had proof of delivery and still no package. Nevermind that its a $500 package and swing set for my daughter who has been extremely disappointed since the 30th when they said it was delivered but was not. Customer service sucks and they're absolutely no help and give different stories every single time I have called to figure out where my package is. They hang up on you multiple times. All I want to know is how could you mess something up so badly? How hard is it to deliver the item as promised. I will never again use fed ex for shipping anything at all. Going on day 4 with no call back, no information on where my package actually is except them saying they have proof of delivery. Excuse my language but GET YOUR SH!T together. Imagine the disappointment of breaking the news to my 5 year old about how she wont be getting her swing set because fed ex isnt competent enough to deliver packages on time after promise after promise. My $500 package is in thin air and Fedex does not give a hell about their customers. USE UPS unless you want endless problems with your delivery.

Missed a call from this company today and when I called back they were rude and not helpful at all. Very unprofessional. I have no idea why they called and why they had an attitude when I returned their call. But I do know that the person I talked to clearly hates her job. Bless her heart.
