Scott Ross is a scam artist. My car was there supposedly getting fixed. I wasn't in a rush because I had already purchased a new vehicle but had planned to gift the car i took to be repaired to my niece for graduation. I let them give me the run around about not being able to find parts and so on for a whole year. Come to find out later that Scott sold my car out from under me without my consent or signing any type of paperwork. I paid for insurance and everything on this vehicle the whole time. It wasn't until I was switching insurance company's that I found out that my car had been sold and registered into a different name almost a year prior! When finally inquiring more information about my vehicle or atleast proof that it wasn't still in my name and threatening legal action against him for stealing my car I was finally told that it was supposedly junk and that they put a salvage title on it. ( even though they had already sold it to someone else for however much ) he then took it and sent it through multiple auto auctions and sold it again ( just so happens it went to auction 2 weeks after I finally threatened to file a police report for my stolen vehicle) he profited not once, but twice for a vehicle that was never supposed to be sold in the first place?! Whatever you do... unless he's someone u know personally and feel you can trust just take your car elsewhere

Service was banking! This place cashes a $1000 check from disabled for $500...gives Charleroi a bad name and takes advantage of our citizens.
