If I could give a negative score you guys would be it. My mom is mentally disabled along with anxiety and depression and to top it off she cannot read or write. You decide because she bothers you too much you are no longer going to allow her to continue her service through you and try to take her service after she paid you today stating you will call the police if she phones or stops anywhere near your store. She is elderly as well. Who bullies mentally disabled people and takes their money and than says don't come back. That's discrimination by handicap. You don't deserve to have this business or any other one. You are wrong and if there's someway too fix this for her by taking your store than so be it. I wouldn't recommend your store to anyone knowing this is how you treat mentally disabled and elderly customers. If you don't have patience you are in the wrong business move on. I see you've been receiving bad reports for over 6 months and you are still there what a pity the only reponse is email me so we can chat no I think it's time for someone to step up vist the BBB and find a legal route before this abuse continues.

Gil and Indira are very pleasant and knowledgeable and helpful with all customers it's a pleasure to talk to them and they always have a smile on their face it's nice to have this store in this location they are a blessing to all who enter God bless them

These are the most rude individuals that I've encountered at a MetroPCS location. Their service belongs in the garbage can because that's the type of vocabulary that they use. I guess they don't know what the word polite and customer service really means. As a matter of fact I'm going to see how far I can take this in regards to reporting them to a main office.

Very rude and not helpful, I have insurance and couldn't get the help I need to copy phones but still charged $28 for something I could have done myself I've been a customer about 6 years and this was the last straw. Gil is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever encountered that will be the last time for me. I highly recommend another location or another carrier and it makes me give a star but they don't even deserve any stars

Unfortunately, my family and I were clients of this unscrupulous and uneducated crowd for a long time and it is those in charge, according to the owners of this site, who mistreat people; Truly, from the bottom of my heart, I tell you that if you are not good at giving good service to your clients, do not start a business because it is your clients that you eat and enjoy their luxuries. Don't be so slum-dwellers, but expect from God a reward for a couple of wicked people...

Very rude service, didn't feel comfortable at all as soon as I walked in. I asked about a phone casing after getting a screen repair and I was abruptly interrupted and called bad names for questioning the phone case. I received scorching names and comments from both the wife and husband that operate this store. I do NOT recommend visiting this store, you will be gratefully greeted and feel a lot more welcome at ANY other store trust me. I recommend the Phone Doctor in the booth at the Valley Mall in Hagerstown, Maryland. He's a good honest polite fast working man. He'll have your phone screen all fixed up like new AND protected in under a half hour AND for a GOOD price. Your welcome.

Terrible experience I just had, being yelled at by the staff, and being insulted saying I needed to lower my voice as my parents and I got insulted. They think that just because I’m a “minor” they think I don’t have a right to speak up. They threatened us and kept wanting to kick us out. Very racist too, called us Mexicans as we left the store. Like we were there for one thing and they seemed to mess it up never elaborated on the information that they wanted and what it was for. Charged us more than we needed due to their mistake and made us sign the paper too due to their policy. I work in customer service I would’ve never done such thing. They need to get better staffing and hearing aids!!!!
