“We were preparing for the next round of snow when I could not get our Toro snowblower started. I had put incorrect fuel in the tank. Sam came from Stouffer's to pick up,remove fuel clean the carburetor out and return our snowblower in just a few days. Excellent service!”

“What I like about Lowe's is that for the post part, one can be confident to find pretty much the same line of products and similar setup regardless of town or even state in which it's located. The parking lots are invariably adequate in size, and the garden center is my favorite entrance, in weather in which my nostrils aren't frozen shut together. The employees are pretty consistently helpful, perhaps because there are a decent number of retirees who have a strong work ethic. The prices are fair and the products of decent quality. I can't say that the Chambersburg, PA location was any different than any other Lowe's I've been in, and that was my point. Yes, I'll return if/when I need something.”

“Convenient. This Lowe's is *perfectly situated* for tons of home owners and businesses to get what they need. It's not too far from 81 but is to the East of the highway. It is less crowded in this" Exif US81 East off of 81. It's just a large cohort of knowledge-based, shall we say, "those with a multitude of life experience? Also happy for the mix with many young and capable staff.”

“We had an issue but it was corrected. Joel came out of his way to personally apologize and make it right and I appreciate that.We bought a shed through Mountain View back on April 25th. We thought at the time everything was was great. We made a deposit and Joel the guy we bought the shed through went out of his way to make the sale. He said we would get the rest of the payment information at a later time. The company who made the shed has a 90 day same as cash to pay the rest of the shed off before the interest kicks in. We never got the payment information. I called Mountain over 4-5 times trying to get the payment information over a 3 week period. I asked to speak with Joel but he was always either unavailable or not there. I at least 2 messages for him but he never returned my call. The last time I left a message for him the guy who took my message said he still saw the last message I left for Joel on Joel’s desk and he never called me back. Finally I called Backyard Outfitters who makes the shed and got the payment information which was through a 3rd party called BCS so I called them. Unfortunately they told me the first payment was due June 1st and if I wanted to avoid a late payment I would have to pay it now over the phone which involved a $15 payment. All of this could have been avoided if Joel would have called me back and given me the payment information.The quality of the shed is amazing and we are very happy with it and would recommend Backyard Outfitters for a shed.”
