Had my vacuum for 2 months. I had to call for updates. Every time I called I was told 2 weeks. All it needed was a new hose. If I was told that I could have ordered that myself . I will not go back.

Poor customer service. And they replace the sweeper hose with a cheap generic hose. Went home and used the sweeper about 15 minutes till it broke. Not going there again! From now on I'm going to Aerus Electrolux along Lincoln Way East.
