Placed an order for four mags on 21 Feb. Money taken from my account on 22 Feb. Sent tracking number via email on 28 Feb. Tried tracking link and page did not appear. Called customer service on 8 Mar. Told that item won't be to them until 18 Apr. This will be my first and last transaction with this company.

Horrible customer service. I have shopped there for years but after today I will never again. They think since supplies are low they can be arrogant. No thank you. Refund my money and I will go elsewhere

I placed an order on January 5, 2021, and only received confirmation of the purchase from PayPal. I have received none of my ordered items, and cannot get a single response from them. I'm thankful I used PayPal, who I filed a dispute with, and today, February 6, 2021, was notified that I would receive a full refund, as Officerstore dot com did not respond to them either. This is not a good way to run any business if it is a legitimate business. Hello! Anyone there?

Wasn't impressed. Very small store, greeted with almost a what are you doing here. Asked if they had a few things and simply got a no. Most places would at least see if they can help you.
