AMAZING customer service!! We had a boat booked in West Virginia and were cancelled on last minute and Indian Lake was able to offer us a pontoon that day! Beautiful views, wonderful boat, and the perfect area to grill and relax after a day on the water. 10/10

Service is always quick and easy. We float right on up and usually greeted with a smile and some basic chatter back and forth. The wait time is very minimal and having a house account always speeds up the process by light years. Keep up the good work.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A BOAT FROM THIS MARINA!! I will start out by saying the owner MARC, i have never met once and I had been doing business with them for a year now due to his dishonesty. I purchased a 1983 Chris Craft Cuddy Cabin 25ft and had nothing but problems since the day I left he marina. (I am aware I purchased a 30+ year old boat) Marc sent me home with my boat on a trailer which had no bearings. I could have lost my life or severely injured an innocent person due to his dishonesty. I traded in a Volvo for a reduction on the grand total of the boat. Marc however never removed the plates and continued driving through EZ PASS on the highway and racking up tickets in the previous owners name. $900 worth to be exact. More recently I had his "crew" come down to take a look at my boat because it wouldn't start and they claimed that the engine was locked up. Marc sent me and estimate for $4000 which after hours of arguing back and forth via text he agreed to meet me half way and id only owe him $2000 for a installing a new block ... BIG MISTAKE! After paying the $2,000 in repairs and returning to pick up my boat Marc (whom again was no where to be found) sent me home without my trailer bearing (which i paid for) not being fixed. While launching my boat after getting it home the entire wheel came off the trailer completely. That could have happened at any time during travel from the marina to Pittsburgh where I am located. Marc and his crew are very deceiving people who just want your money and will charge you for work even if they never really did the work. lastly the day i went to pick my boat up Marc tried charging me "taxes" on top of the $2000 I paid him until i refused and sent him a screenshot of our conversation where he stated the grand total will be $2000 including taxes. I now am at a huge loss because my engine is locked up again and I can't even trailer my boat without the trailer having all it's required wheels. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO SOMEONE ELSE. After the wheel came off i sent him a picture of the trailer and he responded "holy cow" I let Marc know that I had to recover the wheel from the river and he has yet to send a crew member down to repair something I've paid to have repaired already. This Marina is horrible and I will have to have someone else pull my engine and redo the job that I paid them to do. My new mechanic quoted me a price of $3000 to install the new block. I will post pictures of the trailer and the invoice he sent me which states the bearing were replaced. AGAIN I REPEAT DO NOT TRUST MARC, HIS STAFF, OR THIS MARINA. SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND FRUSTRATION!!!! I only gave them 1 star bc I could not give them 0. PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS/BUYERS YOUR WELCOME :)
