Shouldn't have opened an account here, all the bad reviews are true. They act nice while you're opening an account but then after you come in after that there is zero customer service, they don't even pretend to want to help you. And no text for balance or online banking unless you jump through a bunch of hoops. If you have to call the number on the back of your card, they outsource their customer service calls to India...so that's going to be as painful and ugly as the rest of their so called banking.

Close time is a total lie, every time before 4 I show up it's closed, doesn't matter what time if it's after 3, they're closed.

The young woman with dark brown hair & glasses is really nasty & disrespectful. She told me Western Union closes at 1:50pm on Sunday but what she actually meant was WU closes along with the bank at 1:50 - 2:00. From what I saw with other customers she was just wasn't very nice or pleasent to interact with.
