Was in the other day to open a checking account and walked in to a clean and crisp lobby, then Mrs Laura helped me and she was so nice and explained everything so well, I opened a checking account right then and there. Unfortunately this particular branch is run by someone who is very very ignorant lies and is very unqualified for the position that she holds.

I would give zero stars if it would post. Customer service lies regularly & tells you to call back for a new answer to a new lie weekly. After months of the runaround, I went into the Union Deposit branch & was told nothing I had been told on the phone was true. They said they would handle it & for me to (once again) call back the following week. These people don't believe in doing the job & calling YOU back with a follow through! I have called the branch for 2 weeks & the girl is never in but they tell me to "call back tomorrow". If she's fired, then say that.

One of the worst run branches I’ve ever been to. Extremely slow. I don’t even know that they’re doing their jobs inside there. I was 3rd in line at the drive through, which is now the only way to do it since the lobby is closed, and it’s looking like it’s going to be a half hour until they are done, and I don’t know how long it had been since they got there. Unacceptable. Other branches take 5 minutes or less to do anything. Can I give this place negative stars? People, don’t go to this branch. If you want to waste a few hours waiting on them to cash a $20 check, then be my guest.
