Friday evening booked shower and 20 people were ahead coz they don’t want to clean shower , then Saturday morning booked shower at 6:50 am even after one hour no shower available coz they don’t have shower cleaner . They just want to sell food and fuel but not to provide shower facility to drivers . I waste my time and leaving. Will not fuel here next time .

Be prepared to wait 1.5 hours for a shower. Waited almost 2 hours and people kept coming out of showers but no one was going in ! This is absolute madness and so inconsiderate of people’s time. Stop selling them if staff doesn’t wanna clean them

After waiting for 3 hours to shower I was skipped and when I went to ask her why I was skipped while I was right there watching on the screen she told me that it’s not her fault but it’s the machine’s fault and there’s nothing else that she can do about it. I went to another employee to explain it and the other employee put me on the next line. My turn comes to take a shower Number 6 and when I get in the shower the room was filthy and there was poop in the toilet and when I asked her she said I should just sue it like that. I was so frustrated but since I needed to shower so bad I went ahead to get a shower.
I don’t know why the manager or the owner of this location doesn’t do nothing about all these complaints. I will never Stop at this filthy location again. The place is damn filthy and the employees are also ugly and extremely rude. It can’t be bad like this.

Bathrooms are dirty and the customer service sucks. Bad attitudes,if you don't like your job don't work there. The Denny's girls make this place better and more pleasant!

I honestly have no idea where the bad reviews stem from. This is one of better truck stops in the east. We stayed in a (reserve) spot and arrived when it was hopping with semis everywhere! The stress of the drivers can be felt as everyone is scrambling for a spot, however there's plenty of parking. Yes, there's a fair bit of reserved but no more than usual, not nearly as bad as TA's these days. The lot was clean even between trailers. There's green grass (mowed nicely) for dogs too. The spots are spaced out for easier backs and large. Employees are fabulous both the night and day crew. The best employee by far was the elderly gentleman who cleaned the showers ( forgot his name, ? but it was early morning on a weekday). I'm disabled and he helped with the handicap shower and kept it open (until my husband got there) with extra towels, and it was very clean! He was terrific and friendly, this man should be kept by management no matter how much you need to pay him! ? The showers and bathrooms are older, but both are clean. We did eat there too, the fried chicken dinner which was fairly good. Don't know how the Dennys is as we didn't go there. Summary: This J used to be quite trashy, we spent Christmas there as I recall and there was a fair bit of trash on lawns, etc. Something happened and they have cleaned this place up in a big way, great job Flying J!

The worst Flying J. Was waiting for the shower for an hour - they skipped several numbers. No sorry, nothing - had to wait again. And after 287 should go 288, 289… And not 300, 301!!!

There are 18 "reserve" parking spaces, but all are occupied. also the shower is very slow
