Aida very unprofessional she screamed at my wife and myself, all because we ask her to help us set up our phones. Then she had the nerve to over charge us. That was about 2 yrs ago, we will never return back as long as she works there . It's okay Aida, you the one who won't make any commission, we were good customers.

My family and I came to this store after having a bad experience at the Gettysburg store and we are 4 year customers of metro and we wanted to upgrade our phones and get our daughter her first phone. I can not say enough about the young lady working last Sunday she was very helpful and very polite and worked with us even though she was the only one working that day. We will definitely be back the next time we need new phones

Once a month they take your internet service away. Also, you can't make calls inside of your house or apartment. This usally happens on a Monday.

I'm so happy that boost treated me like an inconvenience,as it made me rethink my 6 years as a customer,and go just down the street to Metro,where they where awesome.,As soon as I walked in they were friendly and treated me as a valued future customer,they had a much better selection to choose from,and better prices.So thank you boost mobile,if not for your poor customer service,I might never have went to Metro.
