TLDR - great place to take your car for service. Saved us money, kept our cars running for years, wonderful people.
I've taken my Honda Accord to them for a few years now, and in recent times, my wife's Honda CRV too. Steve and Donna are genuine and kind people, are more than happy to explain the details of any job they perform, and charge very reasonable prices. They've replaced my windshield wipers at-cost on several occasions too.
Initially took my wife's CRV in for a 2nd opinion, as another shop claimed she would need over $2k worth of repairs to make it pass inspection. C & D ended up saving us most of that money, as most the work was not necessary.
Critiques -
I'm not sure if some of the negative reviews are from local competition, but in my experience with C & D, they've never given off the "dealer mentality." Additionally, I believe C & D do use decent parts, as we have yet to need to repair/replace a part that they've worked on (I keep records of past repairs for this reason).
The only drawback I've come across, and I personally consider it minor, is that C & D still use hand-written invoices / summary of work, which can be a bit challenging to read sometimes.

Friendly people but they have a dealer mentality-replace everything and see what happens. I came with one problem and left with two…stay away!!!
