When we lived in Carbondale, Art Tech was our go-to business for glass work. Since moving from there 15 years ago, they have remained our choice for windows in our rental. Unlike almost every other business in the area, they will do business with an out-of-state customer over the phone. Good luck finding anyone else in the Scranton area that will do that, show up, and complete the work correctly without someone standing over their shoulder.

He tells you one price and then tell you another when you show up there. I wanted to get my toyota windshield done there and he never called me to tell me he got the windshield to install. Today he told me 50$ to put a new windshield in that I brought with me for my FORD. When I got there he wanted to charge me 250$ bc I never got my toyota windshield when I tried to call him multiple times and left my number with no reply back. Unprofessional and very rude. WILL NOT go there again. I will be taking my truck to Meshko Glass at least they aren't overpriced

At the time we had a large crack in our windshield..the man said he had our windshield in stock he had to pay half and come the next morning. My wife drove all the way there and surprise! He was out for the day and berated my wife for being 10 mins late..he already had our money so he said come the next day. So once again my wife came the next day..she sat there for 4 hours only for him to say sorry it didnt fit..she had to drive one of their work vehicles home and then she went back and was screamed at for not filling it with gas and not paying extra for having to work twice on the vehicle. This place has the rudest owner and noone should give them your money!STAY AWAY!!
