Jessica consulted my husband and I what to do to repair our credit for free. Many people pay for the type of advice Jessica provided. After 1 year of hard work and following her guidance, my husband and I were able to obtain a mortgage. Jessica and her team made the process seamless! Highly recommend!

I have worked with Jessica and her team many times over the years to help people buy homes throughout Central PA. They are top notch! They are proactive regarding possible problems with mortgage approvals. They are patient and clearly explain the lending process to potential home buyers. They communicate well with the buyers and keep them on track to receive a final commitment for the loan in order to purchase their home. They ask the right questions to be sure the buyers are not getting in over their heads. They are thorough and personable. When a client receives a preapproval from Jessica's team I feel assured that my buyers will be homeowners in the end!

Unfortunately, she was not able to screen me properly for a conventional loan after I was 100% up front about my finances every step of the way. I told her it would be complicated and it was. I have rental properties and had several credit items that were not included or no longer valid in my credit report along with a history of no missed payments for anything. My tax returns did not meet the guidelines and I was denied a loan. She indicated that my income was less than a third of what I put on my pre-qualification application and that felt a little insulting to me like I was withholding information intentionally about my income or my credit history. I did not mislead or misinform about anything. I have a high salary and a lot of income and expenses. She might not be the best fit for buyers looking to close a mortgage with a complicated tax scenario or additional income. She was very nice the whole time and she even bragged about handling complicated scenarios and was able to close in less than 30 days. At the end when she implied that I was somehow withholding information made me feel bad. This would have been the eighth time I've been through a mortgage process and am pretty familiar with the process.I wish it were different when I responded every step of the way with the required documentation and was very transparent about my unique situation.
