Absolutely the worst most unprofessional shop I've ever been to. They lied and messed around ignoring the work I needed done and only put new tires on which I only added to the work order because they were gonna install running boards and change my alternator. Called 3 times and got no response other than we will get to it. The 3rd time I said Nevermind don't put the tires on but when I got there they put the tires on anyway and left me with a thousand dollar bill but nothing I actually needed done was even remotely taken serious. If you like being jerked around and screwed out of time and money. Farr is the place! One more thing it was not the tires I asked for. They didn't have them apparently.

Twice now I have had tire issues about a mile or so from Farr tire, and I've been able to limp my way there, and they were able to get me back on the road within no time at all! THANK YOU!

I called last minute to see if they could hook me up with tires mounted and balanced. They said come right in we will hook you up. Guys were super professional and did quality work. I will be bringing all my vehicles to them for tires and minor repairs. Thanks

Went in to get a leak patched in my tire, the guy working there was quick and efficient and didn’t even make us pay for it. It would’ve been 5 stars even without the kindness. Amazing job!

Scheduled state inspection several weeks prior. Dropped off car in the morning. Checked on it around 1:00 they said the inspection mechanic went home sick and they weren't able to do the inspection. They never called to let us know. Don't use this place. If we hadn't followed up we wouldn't have known our car wouldn't have been done. Unbelievable.

I needed service on a whim and this place was recommended. I called and spoke with Tom who was very friendly and helpful. When I showed up to my appointment, Tom ended up being my technician. He addressed all concerns and took the time to answer any questions as well as recommended, without being pushy. He was prompt and professional. I've decided to make Farr's my go-to and I highly recommend them to anyone else. I appreciate your service and your kindness, Tom!

Andy and his crew were amazing. Listen up ladies. I ordered the wrong tires thru Tire Rack and Andy was able to find better tires AND saved me money! Which paid to send the wrong tires back AND the mount and balance for the new tires.They rearranged the schedule and was still able to get everything done the same day.Love my tires they are smooth and quite. THANKS ANDY THE CREW!

Called this morning, had an issue with low pressure light. Very nice gentleman said bring it on in with no appointment. I spent about 10 minutes, fixed me right up at no charge. Atmosphere was inviting and the friendliest staff. I highly recommend Farrs for any car needs.
