Horrible service at store or by their install teams , horrible management at least in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Horribly junk product the companies literally make a junk line of product for lowes n home depot lol don't shop at Lowe's unless you have no other choice n never get work done by them or any company affiliated with them trust me .

Approached the self check outs since that's all you have...started ringing my items when 1 of the 3 employees just standing there decided to hover over me like I was a criminal...DID NOT APPRECIATE IT!...there were other people cashing out and they did not hover over them...if you don't trust me put cashiers back in...AGAIN DID NOT APPRECIATE IT !

This place is terrible. I spent 1200 dollars to have new appliances installed a month ago and they're still just sitting loosely in my house because Lowe's sent the wrong cord. This situation has been impossible to resolve because of the incompetency of the entire staff. This falls on poor management who have no idea how to run a store. If you need a hardware store, go anywhere besides the Butler Lowe's.

48-hour appliance return policy. I purchased a new refrigerator before Thanksgiving. This refrigerator has not worked properly to this day. I contacted the manufacturer due to Lowe's 48-hour policy and they sent a repairman out twice. First, he found a bad thermostat as the refrigerator was freezing gallons of iced tea and water as well as fresh produce while set to less than the halfway mark. Then, the repairman was out again this week and found a faulty fan motor and low on refrigerant which caused the coils to freeze. At this point, the refrigerator had only been plugged in for 5 days. The repairman does not have the tools to fix this appliance. I have not had a reliable refrigerator for over 1.5 months. When I contacted Lowe's, they would not stand behind it; although I started going through the manufacturer due to the 48-hour return policy at Lowe's. For the price paid, I expected a quality product; not fighting 1.5 months later.

The ad he had said delivery tomorrow if he bought refrigerator today. But after he paid for refrigerator they told him that it can't be delivered for 4 days. Ad lied pretty much false advertising saying one thing then after you pay they tell something else.

Their return policy makes no sense. I bought a power tool for my husband for Christmas, unfortunately he said he could use it. I told to take it back and get something else, it wasn't even opened a I gave him the receipt so he wouldn't have a problem. They would not give him a gift card, or store credit, or cash. They said they had to put it back on my debit card. Even the manager got involved via phone. This makes no sense I will not be purchasing anything there again. I blame the employees and poor training.

We tried to shop at Lowes tonight looking for cabinet handles after going to one department where two employees seen us coming and walked away I followed a third employee pulling a pallet jack when he stopped to talk to a forth employee we asked him where the handles were he rudely answered I'm off the clock twice if the employees there can't spare 10 seconds of there time on or off the clock we will shop at the competitors store

I will not be going back to lowes after today my experience at the butler lowes has been horrible after spending 250,000.00 in the past 3 years you would think they would work with you a little bit but they won't at all tried to return 8 bags of rockwool insulation and was told sorry your outside of the return policy then the girl at the return counter was so unprofessional I had to bite my tongue so not to cause a scene so thankful home depot is next door and they have great customer service

Probably one of the best Lowe's that I've been too in awhile! First off, my husband and I are contractors, so we always do big orders. This Lowe's always seems to have what we NEED in stock, which is nice! If we have to do an online order for materials, it's prepared and ready to go quickly! The staff is very friendly and they always have guys on hand to help load bigger items in your vehicle!

We have had a washer that we bought from this lowes for a year and we have already had to fix it twice what makes it worse is we called to use the warranty for the washer and magically they lost all record of us buying the washer and they brought the dryer the same day they had the wrong cord so we used the one off the old dryer and they said they would ship us the right cord and nobody ever got Intouch with us and now we can’t even get the new cord cuz like I said they magically lost all record of us buying the washer and drier so it’s safe to say I will never be buying any other appliance from lowes at all and I will not be recommending them to anybody
