After numerous hair cuts at Great clips, I stopped in today for a hair cut. Being I was driving by, I didn't register on line and just stopped in. Sometimes they can take you fairly quick so I rolled the dice, as I had other things around there to do and it didn't make a difference. Girl said it wasn't a problem, she would sign me in to hold the spot and come back in an hour. I stopped back an hour later as I was told, only to be told now, there was 11 in front of me and it would be 52 minutes. I Wasn't told, go out and sign in on line or I would have when I left the first time. Greeter Girl now acted like it was no big deal for me to waste another hour. Well not everyone in today's world , believe it or not, has a cellphone to sign in. I feel sorry for those people. I guess they would never get a hair cut with those crazy stipulations. Second time I had to deal with the check in on line policy. There's other places that cut hair so I guess I'll be checking them out. You would think that once they saw you checked in an hour prior, they would squeeze you in. Guess not. Terrible policy.

Today I had my first experience with Great Clips. I used their online check-in system to schedule my appointment and my service was excellent and highly efficient. Thank you for the great haircut and all of the kindness; I will definitely be returning!

Checked in online, but had some car problems and was late getting there. I arrived at 4:30pm and they had just taken my name off the list . I had to be at work at 6pm and the wait was an hour.. To my surprise , they took me right away being aware of my situation. That really meant a lot to me. And a thumbs up to the great staff that works there. Thank you...
