Lots of nice cloths. This area is a little more wealthy so quality donations seem better. Prices are typically same as other stores. Clean location. People are friendly

I've never had anything but positive experiences inside the store, which is why they don't get 1 star. Just about every time we stop there to donate we are met with the rudest workers at the donation door. I don't know their names, but there is an older lady and an older tall thin gentleman. They could not be ruder people. The gentleman was there last night and that encounter was my last straw. I will not be back to this location. My donations and my front of house business will be going to the Cranberry location from now on. It's a 40 minute drive for us, but I will not be treated this way again by the Butler staff.

I haven't donated here yet, but the place is always a wreck, with opened toiletries being sold for $2-$4 a piece (you could get the same thing brand new at Walmart for cheaper!) Seems like they are gouging people, but every now and again you can find a gem. It's also a little off-putting that the cashiers still won't bag or offer to bag your items for you due to covid... I understand everyone has different comfort levels but it feels like an excuse at this point.

Rude staff no signs about donation area saying it one way. Only one way sign was at entrance to parking lot on the side I came in. Had two people come tell me back to back I was turned the wrong way. I'm donating to you and you are rude and on top of it they want you to sort everything into bins doing their job! Not donating here again.

The older gentleman (tall, thin, gray hair) working in the donation area on 6/24/23 at 10:30 am should be fired. Completely rude, unhelpful, and just an a&*h#le. I'm sorry, I've never been inside the donation area so I'm not sure where to put things, that's why I asked YOU instead of just dropping my stuff and walking out. I'm here, donating items for YOU to sell, to pay YOUR salary. If you don't like your job or the people who keep you employed, find somewhere else to work. The Salvation Army can have my donations now.

HOLES IN CLOTHES: I shop here frequently but have recently noted a large amount of clothing being damaged by the pricing tags. They appear to not have a fine fabric pricing gun which is used to lessen the incidents of holes. Also, they do not place the tags IN the seams (which is recommended for resale). While looking for clothing to wear to the gym recently, I did a "grab and run" purchase (not smart). Four of the six shirts have damaged threads causing holes near the collar or on the sleeve (two had two holes due to the tag being weaved in and out of the shirt material), which once washed will be much larger holes.

Used to be my favorite Goodwill. Now they are way overpriced. They will not provide you with a bag unless you buy one, and if your daughter needs to use the bathroom, you have to leave and drive somewhere else to use one. Then they tell you they can’t “hold your things“ while you go use the bathroom (which that they won’t provide) Never again!

This store was pretty small. The grab bags were done up nicely. I found a bunt pan that I've been looking for and my son found a 1984 Los Angeles Olympic coffee mug which was cool. My dad got a salad spinner, a popcorn maker and a wallflower waffle iron.

The man working the drop off at this location is rude. He has been rude on more than one occasion when I am dropping off donations. Yesterday, I had a trunk full of boxes of toys and clothes that I was placing in the proper bins as labeled, instead of taking the huge box from my hands and placing it down in the box, he is insisting I move around to the other side of the bin and put the box in a convenient location for him. Last time I had drop offs, I almost loaded the stuff back in my car he was so nasty. Other folks have commented to me about how rude they have been treated dropping off donations here. Please have someone else deal with the public, he is awful. It is not the public's job to rearrange bins to his liking, it is the employees. We are giving your company items to sell and make money. Treat people with kindness and respect. Young girl working with him seemed nice.
