I used them for my banking services for 6 years with out a problem, then one day I check my account and see a $210 withdrawal that I didn't approve. I found out someone had gotten ahold of one of my mobile deposit checks and cashed it weeks after I had originally deposited the check. The bank my employer used requested too first commonwealth that they pay the funds from my account since they messed up and paid the check twice. And first commonwealth gave them my money, they didn't call me to let me know anything, I didn't know anything about it until after I noticed my $ gone. First commonwealth wouldn't call my my old employers bank and represent me and request my funds back, they told me to call the police and report the check stolen and they will help me. I called my employers bank, they told me they would never tell a customer to do their own research Into something like this. You want my advice, go to first national bank, they actually treated me decently and didn't lie to me like first commonwealth did.

Starting to dislike this branch a payment came out that shouldn't of husband asked the bank to freeze the account they refused and let our account go negative then closed our account without telling us now the branch manager is playing games with our lively hood we can't even buy diapers for our son we have two special needs kids that need therapy and we can't even give gas money to the person that takes us or fill our bus passes and the branch manager thinks that letting this issue drag on is okay my husband has been fighting with them for two days and no one at this particular branch cares enough to help resolve the issue immediately we are thinking of taking our banking elsewhere unless they step up to the plate and fix this issue today also calling customer service and lodging a complaint over this branch and their lack of respect and complete attitude and rudeness from the branch manager which is completely uncalled for when we are trying to fix an issue

I recently just started going to this bank after three times of going in they already knew me by first name and everybody is so extremely friendly and so amazingly helpful and always willing to go out of their way to help you out I absolutely love my bank!!!!

I do not care for banks. But this one I find to be excellent so far. I opened a Checking account. No monthly fees for this excellent. Once opened did not even need to keep money in it excellent because i don't like to keep my money in the bank all the time. So so far i have had a excellent experience. I also had an experience were i thought i took out money less money then i did and after word i felt like a idiot but the tellers handle it very professionally.
