Never try to deposit a check with these people. Their logic is basically any check over $9000 is fraud and they'll sit on it for 2 weeks. I wish I got millions in free interest to hold up peoples transactions. I hope someone files a class action, because hold one persons check 14 days when they say it's going to be 7 isn't something you can really sue over - but doing that to millions of people costs them literally billions of dollars. Know how many people wait years broke only get get a lawsuit settlement and then have to suffer while the bank sits on it 2 weeks. It's pure and simple theft, under the guise of fight fraud. There not "verifying" anything, they already received the money. They only thing they have to verify is how much $$$ they make screwing over their customers. (update: I did talk to woman who at least agreed to waive any overdraft fees I received from them holding my check. I updated my review to 2 stars because GENERALLY they are a decent bank that gives you 24 hours to fix a negative balance before they charge you an overdraft fee).

Disgraceful. Absolutely disgraceful. Worst bank in the entire area. Flagged for fraud when I was hacked, explained my situation and reported the fraud, and they severed their banking relationship with me. I am a happy chairman of the board of a local church. Never use this bank

The drive through ATM doesn't allow you to put cash in and it's extremely dangerous to have to walk to the ATM by the door! Please fix this!!! I'm tired of having to carry protection with me to put money into my account!

Fix your atm deposits. Your atm doesn’t even work and you consider yourself a bank? What a joke. Fix them in the next week or lose a customer. Simple as that. Everyone has your simple app and payment methods. Your bank has gotten worse by the month and I’m sick of it. Listen to your customers or lose em, easy peasy

I asked for help to setup online banking and they gave me the ring around for months. They told me to call this number and wait online for 30-45 min to get help. With all that I explained to them I have Tbi ( Brain trauma) still no care in the world to help me. Horrible down town Bank!

Terrible Bank!!!!!!!!!!!! It's 4 blocks from my house and the 2 ATM machines never work. I always go there to get cash out and if the bank is closed and the ATM machines aren't working you can't get money. Then they charge you $3 every time for using an ATM that is not Citizens.

I have been trying for over two weeks to resolve an issue with Citizens Bank on Main Street in Butler, Pennsylvania. When my husband died in August 2003, my daughter and I visited the banks where he held accounts to close them and consolidate resources with Legg Mason Financial Group. When I learned that he had two safe deposit boxes at Citizens Bank, we emptied one, and combined the contents into the other, and returned two keys. Since 2003 I have been charged annually for two boxes even though I only have one. I am asking Citizens to do the honest thing and reimburse me for the overcharge since 2004. I am a senior citizen and hope to avoid involving an attorney. The branch manager is Brian Brandt. ( Brant??)
