Frustrating to only have 1 register open on a Saturday ahead of a Penn State football game. I understand that there are self check outs but when you have a larger order you should have more registers available.

After purchasing gas 60.00 worth, it held $150 off my debit card and I had to actually call to complain in order for that deposit to get put back on

This was a birthday cake order I placed with Burnham PA Giant. For 40$ I was disappointed in what I received, if I wasn’t running short on time I would’ve went elsewhere.

Tonya rocks!!!! She’s a great asset to this station. Helped me set me straight when nobody else could. We need more people like her!!!

The woman who rang me out was lovely and very patient with my 500$ order. She did ask the manager for help who did manage to help every other cashier but her. After the other cashiers no longer needed her help she walked away while we were still working to ring my groceries and bag them. This manager is always unpleasant. I wish I knew her name! She most certainly does not understand what customer service should look like. So disappointed. Definitely do not recommend!

It's a gas pump. Lol not much else to say. Although it's nice when you have a discount thanks to shopping at giant food store.

After talking about this for a decade, they finally built this gas station. You earn points by buying products at Giant, 1 point per $1 spent and then every 100 points you can redeem for .10 off a gallon a gas here. Be aware that points expire fairly fast, I think they only last like a month or two, it will say on your receipt.

This place is awful. I got gas there this morning and it put a 100.00 charge on my account which I am assuming is a hold. I used my card as a debit card so they have my money already. Why in the hell would you put a 100.00 hold on a card?

It's a gas station without a convenience store. The Giant gas service gives you a discount if you purchase food at the Giant Grocery Store chain. Basically, you get 1 point for every $1 you spend (they have deals/coupons each week that can get you more points for less). Every 100 points is 10 cents off a gallon, up to 30 gallons. The points do expire after a few months, so as long as you remember to use them it's a nice little perk.
