I wouldn't recommend buying a car from here, I got one about two years ago and it had a lot of maintenance issues. My rear view windshield wiper stopped working within the first month, my rear passenger side window went down the one day and wouldn't go back up, I ended up totaling the vehicle in July and for the last 2-3 weeks I've tried calling someone at Blaise Alexander to get my gap insurance information to give my bank I got the car loan on and the GM "is never there" or "on the phone" one of his employees talked to me because the GM was on vacation last week and he told me "he couldn't see that I got gap insurance anywhere but he would let his boss know when he came back on Monday and have him give me a call" which is a lie because I always get gap insurance on all my vehicles, now here it is Wednesday going on the third or fourth week of trying to contact the GM and no one has still yet to contact me at all.

When I say “I would rather slam my d!ck in a car door than deal with Blaise Alexander Subaru of Lewistown”, that is no exaggeration. The parts and service department are wonderful, based off of the few encounters I’ve had with them, they’re the only reason I have 1 star. If I could give zero, I would.
As far as the sales team and GM, they are shady and slimy. I have been trying to get ahold of the GM for over a week. I’ve called and left voicemails everyday, I’ve shown up at the dealership twice only to be told he’s unavailable or “not in today”. There is minimal professionalism amongst the several sales team members I’ve interacted with during my several business transactions. Communication is awful, feel like they are hiding things from you, having to repeat the same information LITERALLY 4 different times only for them to STILL not retain the facts.
Amidst typing this review, Makayla from the internet sales team called me to follow up, stating there was a note on my account about my abrupt leaving today. The note stated I left because I “ran out of time” when, in fact, I was simply not going to deal with the lack of attention from the sales team member Jason Colón and being felt like I was bothering him.
Makayla was very apologetic on the phone and understanding of the situation when explained in detailed. She stated she would be reaching out to the GM and the salesman I dealt with today to see what is going on.
Blaise Alexander is a widely-known name and company in this area, let alone the state. Experiences like these, especially in a small town, will spread like wild fire. I have no doubt in my mind that when Mr. Alexander started this company and expanded to the lengths he did, this was NOT the reputation he wanted for his name and his business.

Jared is absolutely amazing at this dealership! If you’re looking to buy then ask for him. He has taken care of us and given us nothing but stellar service. It was a truly fun experience!

I had an excellent (some would even say extraordinary) experience with all the members of staff I interacted with as a first-time new car purchaser. Tyler in sales was a delight to work with, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any inquires I had. I could not have had a more positive experience thanks to him! Similarly, Jared in finance discussed all the options available to me, and when I had needed time to review the fine print, he provided me with all the materials requested without any pressure or guilting for not signing everything outright (I came in four days later to add in the Gold Plus Plan which went smooth as can be as well). Jason, the manager I worked with, helped me deal with a pretty significant title problem (on my end, not the dealer's) and took an immense amount of stress off my shoulders! Last but not least, Joy, in conjunction with Tyler, introduced me to all the features in my car and took the time to make sure that I was comfortable driving off the lot.

My 20 yr/o daughter got completely ripped off on a 2015 Ford Fusion last year. It was a base model with over 100,000 miles. There was undisclosed body damage that Garrett Walls pretended he didn’t know about. They sold this car to her for $17,000. The car a year later is worth about $7,000. Retail last year on this car should have been at most $10-12,000. Avoid buying a car from this dealer if you fall into a perceived naive category. This dealer is ethically corrupt.

Went to get my yearly service and inspection done. They completed the service and sent me on my way, come to realize later that they never inspected the car. I had to drive 1 hour back up there to get the car reinspected, costing me time and money.

Best experience I’ve ever had when buying a car. My husband and I went to Blaise Alexander Subaru of Lewistown to check out a 2024 Crosstrek Premium. After test driving, we decided that we weren’t quite sold on the Premium.
We worked with Dylan Snyder. He helped us order a Crosstrek exactly how we wanted it. Dylan was amazing throughout the entire process. He explained all the different options, accessories, features, etc., and he answered every question we had.
We ordered our car on October 18th and it came less than a month later. We just picked it up on November 16th. That entire process was so easy as well. Dylan helped us with all the paperwork and was totally on our side with every decision we made. He didn’t push us into anything we didn’t want or need, and he definitely made the whole experience go as smoothly as it could have.
We would highly recommend checking out Blaise Alexander Subaru in Lewistown and work with Dylan! You won’t regret it.
