Tried other shops and they weren't reliable and honest about there products. Primal has been upfront about the good and the bad with the Cig-Vap Transition for my mom and education for me. Taught me about the lovely world of Pipes. Imo, this is more important than little hassles or low stocks. I can't thank everyone over the years at Primal for the past service and continued.”

“Without a doubt the only vape store I will go to. Prices and variety of disposables are far better than the area, and are always in stock. There are great people working behind the counter, who are happy to answer questions and make suggestions. If I had to think about where to improve, I guess I would say a wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man out front would be welcome. A bouncy castle maybe? I'll honestly take a child sized trampoline with some reinforced springs. Either way, I shop here often.”

“They come through super clutch every time I've ever used them. I recently started using puffco products, and my atomizer broke. I knew they sold puffco rigs, but did not think they had all the accessories you need as well, and they were fully stocked!! I thought for sure it would have been more money to buy the puffco there than ordering online, but I highly regret not using them as they offer the same price as puffco and stand by their products! As a local, this is hugee!! Instead of waiting until the wknd to use my peak again, it's back in action better than ever with a new atomizer and dish at the best price possible. They have a wide selection of all e rigs and lots of other cool stuff! Best in the Roxborough/ manayunk area! “T, or Mr. Puff, was very helpful during my visit to the store. I was looking for TCHA/THCP/D8 products. T guided me to try a new brand, GRDNT. Wow! The flavors are awesome ?? and I love how discreet the packaging is, and the puff of smoke is. It dissipates so quickly, but smells just like a regular vape pen. ?”
“I previously rated this store 1 Star. Not because there were any issues but because it kept coming up for me to review. I've never been to the store. My one star rating stated that I'd never been there but it was probably a very nice place. I DID NOT INTEND TO HURT THE BUSINESS OF THIS STORE. So I've changed my rating to 5 Stars! I apologize to Ken the owner and I hope everyone checks out The Local Vapor for themselves. I'll bet it's a clean, modern and well stocked vape shop. “THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!I live in upstate NY and unfortunately I have someone in a recovery facility about 10 miles away from this Shoppe. I needed to somehow get some vapes to my loved one as they’re no longer allowed to be shipped via any source. I called and without hesitation was assured by an incredible man named Setty who said that he would help me and also deliver it to the facility immediately. I have got to say this man went above and beyond for me without anything but positive and heartfelt feeling for my situation.
