I live pretty far away but their coordinators always make sure my medications get shipped on time. They are also great with splitting up payments between HSA and credit cards, and they understand insurance very well. I'm always very happy with the service here!

I am incredibly grateful for Rosemont! Not only for their help to fulfill a last minute prescription needed but for being available to provide me support in the process after hours. They were incredibly gracious and supportive in a moment of stress. Thank you!

This place is pretty terrible from a customer service aspect. I called in to ask about drug prices and was told I needed to fill out their online form for a quote, fine.The next day I get a text message with a link to my quote. The link requires me to enter my DOB to confirm, I do and am hit with a message saying they have no info on file. I call back to the pharmacy to sort things out and they confirm they have the right DOB on file. I ask if they can just tell me the pricing or email me the quote becuase the text link clearly isn't working. I was told the ONLY way they can give me a price quote is through a text message link.If your technology doesn't work, you need a backup plan or you're useless.

The only reason I gave it two stars was due to the female pharmacist giving what I think was a genuine apologize. I can tell by the people I spoke with at this pharmacy, that the culture for customer service has an undertone of rudeness.

Everyone at Rosemont Pharmacy was wonderful! The staff was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond for me. During a difficult time, they helped me with all of my questions and never made me feel like an inconvenience. They filled my prescription immediately and without any obstacles that I have experienced with other pharmacies. And every time I called someone answered the phone without putting me on hold or giving me the run around. This was the by far the best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy! Would recommend to anyone, and I would give 10 stars if I could!

Thank you Rosemont Pharmacy. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and very compassionate. I have always had efficient and positive experiences here but my recent problem was difficult. They did a great job helping me. I'm so grateful for the help and constant attention at Rosemont Pharmacy.

I do not make a habit of reviewing places publicly, but I had such a fabulous experience that I thought I would share. The pharmacy went above and beyond to resolve an insurance problem so that I could get medicine my mother required. I appreciate the efforts of everyone especially the the pharmacist!
