Don’t come here without your pearls!My friend and I went in today looking for a nice dress for my engagement photoshoot wearing (oh my!) jeans and sporty jackets. The sales associate looked us up and down with a scowl and told me they have a NO MASK mandate and I’d have to take my paper mask off immediately or leave the store. I told her I was recently exposed to Covid, did she really want me to do that? She glared at me and said, “what, are you not vaccinated? It’s a township police order that you can’t wear masks in stores.” I have never felt so degraded by a perfect stranger and it was clear that we were just not welcome, mask or not. And… just look at the other one star reviews here for the proof!If the owner intends to respond to this, I urge you to cite your sources on this mandate as I see nothing of the sort online. And if you really don’t want people to wear masks, that’s fine, but you can say it in a way that still leaves people feeling like human beings. I make more money than you do on a sales floor sorting sweaters, I can assure you. I hope you go out of business for being so discriminatory.

Awful experience. Horrible nasty people running this place. My gf and I went there last week. What you have to know about her is she collects vintage clothing and runs a million dollar company. But we were dressed like normal people. Me in shorts and sneakers and a t-shirt. She asked to try on a 800$ dress. She was asked first if she was going to buy it. Dunno. Let's see how it fits and looks first. "No, this is an expensive dress, too expensive for you, if you're not going to buy it you can't try it on." You're kidding right? Arrogant, snotty, condescending, pretentious staff/owner. Really? you work in a tiny consignment store. And you sit back and judge people from looks if they can afford your stuff or not? You judge people on their appearance? Was my hair too long? Not shaved? Was she not thin enough? Did she look too jewish? How dare you insult and humiliate people like this. My gf was crying in the car after this. Never been treated like this. She's now using words like "I'm too ugly, or too dumpy." It's been a week and this is still upsetting her. And me. How dare you do this to people. Shame on you. No one should patronize your shop and give support to your mean, nasty, hurtful behavior. Believe me...I am going to share this far and wide on my social media.

Me and my friend walked into the store not realizing that it was high end luxury consignment. Donna was very nice and explained what the store was, we quickly realized the stuff was out of our price ranges but we still walked around and admired the pieces in the store. The other sales associate, Jermey, was giving rude looks the whole time and as soon as I stepped out of the store my friend could hear him talking about me and him infront of him. He also stared us down like we were going to steal something. He was unhelpful and rude.

I was a patron of this store for a number of years before moving out of state. I covet some fun finds I've picked up here still hanging in my closet. Having returned to the area, I popped in with some items to consign. I was abruptly stopped in the doorway by the sales associate, critically looked up and down, told I need an appointment & firmly told "we only take the most high end items, by the way. I can glance at your things but just know that." After a brief exchange where I asked some questions, I was left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome; so I left with a long, condescending "soooorrrrrry about that" from the associate. By the way, I'm returning to the area having worked in Manhattan for Michael Kors himself among other fashion power houses. So, if you want to know what to expect on the runway next season, I can give you the inside scoop, but I most certainly won't be shopping (or consigning) at your store ever again.

My wife and I stopped in Rachelle Boutique just to look around and see what was offered, and stumbled across the most knowledgeable and welcoming person in Jeremy. He took his time and explained everything and anything Rachelle offered. Although we didn't purchase that day, guaranteed we WILL be back to make several purchase just because of Jeremy and his hospitality.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon, there were a few other customers in the store. It is a fairly small boutique, nobody greeted me. I saw at least one or two employees walking around the store. At no point did anybody ask me if I needed help with anything, or even so much as say hello or welcome. Selection is mostly dated and I probably wouldn't go back.

We stumbled upon this Boutique while visiting relatives and were shocked by the vast selection of high end merchandise. Every item we saw was in very good condition and so fairly priced (Compared to retail) we couldn't resist buying presents for our daughters (Who both are very brand conscious but thrifty). Rachelle filled the bill on both accounts! We bought 2 Bags and several scarfs. Our daughters, 1 a lawyer and the other a tech exec., loved! All they had to say is when can we go? Thank you Rachelle for giving us the opportunity to get so much more for less money.

I love going to this store. There are so many treasures to choose from and the inventory changes constantly. The owner has established many relationships with fashionistas throughout the country so the styles and designers are an interesting mix- all very high quality and beautifully displayed. I get the best price for my consignments as well. The sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. This is one of the few bricks and mortar stores I shop at anymore. Definitely worth my visits.
