How is this a Wawa? When you’re driving a long distance and want some food — you always can depend on Wawa.
Except for this one. Get this … NO RESTROOM. How is that even legal? They serve HOT FOOD. And it’s a Wawa!
The sign says there are portable toilets outside. There are not.
Seriously, just close it down.

I’m sorry I didn’t get the young gentleman’s name that I dealt with today. I came in to this establishment today and ordered an Oreo chocolate milkshake. My brother had just had surgery on his mouth and wanted this shake, I asked the young gentleman if he would be able to blend it extra smooth so that there weren’t chunks of Oreos in it and my brother could actually drink it, this young gentleman went out of his way to make sure the milkshake was extra smooth with no chunks, as a person who has worked in the customer service industry for years, dealing with customers can be annoying and challenging but this young man went out of his way to make the shake the way I requested, it is people like this who make an establishment successfull, thank you so much

Rice was not cooked. Hard as rock. Normally no issues, as this is a pretty nice wawa. I get there’s a dinner rush but pay attention to what you are serving your clients.

Love the employees, they are so nice and pleasant, but whoever is in charge of ordering food is horrible. The stores always running out of things and my food is constantly being made wrong. I think my biggest issue is that you can ever order your food. Because they always run out of the things they need to make it.

Unbelievable is all I have to say. I came in at approximately 1:39 PM we waited about five minutes for a hoagie. Plain Italian hoagie not to difficult. The service was fine everything was made in a timely manner I get the food, I come home I unpackage my food I take a bite into it only to discover there is a giant what seems to be cricket inside of my sandwich. I am completely disgusted with this business this is outrageous. Their produce must not be fresh because this is a bug that was embedded in the lettuce. How do you make a sandwich and not notice there are insects in your lettuce. That is really disgusting I am never coming back to this place, I was expecting a nice hoagie instead I find that I have just bit into the side of the sandwich the bug was in and I’m pretty sure I could’ve ate part of the bug because half its body is missing. With even looking at the photos of this bug how do you not notice that you have just picked that up with some lettuce and have put it in the sandwich, it is really hard to not notice that. This is how you can tell they hire people who are clueless and don’t know what they’re doing. it is not that difficult to keep your produce fresh and change it out every night.
