They are very nice and very friendly! They also help you with your insurance company and anything you need to get your prescription filled. I have been going to them for over 10 years and I have never had any problems with them. They are all very wonderful people who are always happy to help anytime you need it.

Wow other reviews weren't lying! Apparently Lynn the Pharmacist hates people without insurance especially if you are also new patient. Said regular patients/customers get priority and refused to order stock for my valid script and also refused to call my doctor. To me this screams that she's lying about stock! How gross for a working class town.

One of my best experiences in a grocery store ever. Everyone was helpful and right on top of things and then what questions I had. They were able to answer that for me and it was just re-opening was a total revamp. They went we went there for lunch burgers with $.99 with french fries, which was totally cool. I was able to take my hubby out especially for lunch. It was on a vacation so didn't expect to find somebody great deals. The café was super cute is on the second floor but had elevator accessibility so it was definitely handicapped accessible. But you waited. Everything was cooked fresh even a little doing like 50 burgers at a time everything came out perfect. Then it was tons of samples. All the way through the store of different products of the company makes it was also different products of companies coming in from the area. Since we've been home, we actually ordered from one of the Italian restaurants in the area that sells their food in the frozen case in that particular store. It came overnight shipping to me didn't even defrost or anything. It was awesome. It was all a great experience all around!!!

Do not use this pharmacy. I repeat do not use this pharmacy especially if you don’t have major insurance. I was told today by the lead female pharmacist that this location and I quote “tells people we’re out of stock rather then dealing with people with no insurance!” We use good rx but that’s enough for this woman to embarrass, accuse and be all rude! Director of ShopRite pharmacies and I are having a chat tomorrow about this lady. You don’t tell somebody who needs their medication for neurological disease that you’re out of stock when you actually have it horrible who are you to Doctor or god?

Great big parking lot. Big beautiful lean store with very nice and helpful staff. Really not much to say except for asking one question. If you live in this area why would you shop anywhere else?

Incredibly rude staff. Telling me how I've been taking birth control for the past 8 years is wrong and refusing to refill it. Like it's any of her business how I take my medication. 0 stars

One of the biggest Shop Rite's I have ever been in! I would recommend going to the Wine and Spirits in same parking lot over SR's selection / prices. Did appreciate that customer service counter had print outs available of in store coupons for convenience/ non locals.

This is a complaint about using a BOWL & Basket coupon generated from my last Thursday shopping trip. The coupon stipulated $2 off when $15 Bowl & Basket items were purchased. I purchased 2 packages of BB chicken ($12), one pound of butter ($3.88), one pack of BB hamburger rolls ($1) and gallon of BB milk ($4.77)! The cashier mentioned it would not work because the requirements were not met so, she summoned the head cashier over who looked at screen and told me the MILK IS NOT INCLUDED. OK? I still had enough but the computer still would not accept the coupon? I told the cashier to just return all the BB items and close the order. Why do I have to stand in line, hold up other customers and eight minutes later, head cashier says ok, I did it another way!!! Why does shopping and using coupons have restrictions and exclusions that require explanations and obstacles for the consumer. It's absolutely time consuming and frustrating to shop with all these parameters in place.

You know service here is hit or miss, especially if you come in later in the evening about 830pm. I'm not a difficult customer, I worked as a cashier through high school, and I get no one wants to be at work, but when I bag my own groceries, Ms Tristan, please don't treat me distainfully nor cop an attitude because I'm finishing bagging groceries (your job. Not mine as I'm the customer.) because I wasn't as fast bagging as you were scanning and wasn't immediately there to put my debit card in the machine, not did I complain when you pushed a button clearing my info and I had to put the debit card in a second time. A smile costs zero and goes a long way with customer relations.
