I visited the store to upgrade my phone and the girl there told me that they were about to close but she still helped me anyway, I had to go back the next day to finish but thank you Adrianna for being patient

I will never go to this place again. I walked in and said I needed a phone and she said she couldn't help me because they close in 30 mins. She said it takes an hour and a half to do it. As she was talking on her phone. Very unprofessional. Wish I would of got her name cause I would be blasting it all in this rating!!! Verizon you need to look for better help!

Joshua has been assisting us with our phone, problems & upgrades for years! He is so patient, friendly & knowledgeable. He is a great manager & great with his employees who are also so helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager josh is useless. Unless you're buying something hes useless and passes the dime on apple. Terrible customer service. He spoke to my wife and I like we were idiots or toddlers. Also beats around the bush flooding the conversation with irrelevant nonsense. He looked messy and disheveled and had a stain on his shirt from lunch earlier. He told me to get out of "his" store when I finally interrupted his nonsense rambling as he's trying to divert the situation with his runaround. I love it when people have a pathetic false sense of authority. That's who's representing Verizon? I purchased a phone and it was defective within 2 months, in which I was then sent a refurbished phone. I'm not paying for someone's used sloppy seconds phone I'm paying for a new phone...and josh as well as Josh's useless superior told me there's nothing that can be done and to go to apple. So now I have to go to apple for a replacement phone directly from the manufacturer because Verizon treats their customers like trash. Ill never return to this store due to incompetent staff, and Verizon will be losing me as a customer.

My IPhone was stuck in SOS mode so I took it to this Verizon store. Michael was very helpful, correctly determining that it was a faulty SIM card. He went the extra mile for me contacting corporate to get it activated since I didn’t know my PIN #. Thank you so much for your patience with me, Michael! SO HAPPY I can call and text again ? I highly recommend this store!

I have visited this store several times in the last month. I am always pleased with the care I receive. Montana is awesome with me and every customer I have ever witnessed him care for. He is a true asset! He handles multiple tasks at once and deals with multiple people at once. He is mature, kind, very patient and very knowledgeable. Montana takes the time to make sure the customer is happy. We just upgraded 4 phones with Montana. Two he ordered in for us so we had the colors we wanted. I called ahead to make sure that we had enough time on a Sunday afternoon and when we arrived at the store, Montana was ready with the phones and had already sent me the text to access my account before I sat down. He handles himself better than some adults I know. I am so happy that this location is close to home.

The people that work here are so professional and helpful! Kudos to the guy who helped me get internet for my house today (Sunday)!! He was the only one there and handled an unusual situation for me perfectly, as well as helping multiple customers at the same time. If they're busy, it's worth the wait, and the wait isn't that long either!! Highly recommend coming here for any help you need however difficult!!

I can't say enough positive things about Jash and Montana! They are both always so pleasant and helpful! They've often stayed late to help, us not to mention they are fantastic at multitasking and Jash has been our savior for learning our galaxies after switching from iphones lol and he is super patient. They are great at finding excellent deals too!

Montana did a phenomenal job at providing my husband and I new phones, he stayed a hour after hours to accommodate us and make sure everything was working perfect, if you are in the market for new phones, Montana is the best representative around!

I just left the Verizon Store in Gilbertsville, with 100+% SATISFACTION. MONTANA was an absolute GEM. Not only did he help me get a better PLAN, a better PHONE, assist my dad get over to my plan (who is in FLORIDA…NOT Gilbertsville) he did it with patience, compassion and grace! I cannot express the GRATITUDE I have for his professional courtesy, personable demeanor, and upbeat PERSPECTIVE! Thank you Montana, from one “glass is half FULL” to ANOTHER! Peace out!

Exceptional! I dread going into these stores because of how long it always takes. Montana helped me out from start to finish. This gentleman (no need to say kid, his work ethic far exceeds most adults I know) is a gift to the labor market. He is knowledgable and absolutely nails the customer service aspect of it. Well done to this hidden gem on all aspects.
