“I just want to say Matt is a lifesaver! Another gentleman was helping as well although I forgot to get his name. But everytime I have issues, Matt is usually there and has a wonderful sense of urgency. I always leave At&t happy, and that's really saying a lot because I hate phone stores. He even went out of his way to mail some stuff back for me last time because the other store I went to said they couldn't do it and I didn't have a printer at the time. He's also very upbeat and friendly with a funny wit. I genuinely appreciate you and thanks for working there.”

I visited the store again after having removed the services from my account online The visit was to confirm that indeed the services were removed and to discuss this deceptive business practice. The staff there at the time listened attentively, reviewed my account and assured me that this is not their normal business practice and that the additional services were removed from my account. “I recently visited this store for an upgraded phone for my grandmother. Upon walking into the store Tony was welcoming and extremely helpful. He was very versed in the products and what to offer to each of his customers entering the store as his engagement with others was self evident. His ability to efficiently multiple task while providing reasonable wait time for each customer was remarkable. My grandmother who is very inpatient and not up to date with technology what so ever was patiently waited on. Tony was patient and clear in his vingacular as he specifically ensured my grandmother understood what he was explaining to her. His overall customer service displayed to us was phenomenal. His astute, kind and professionalism is to be commended. In most retailer phone stores it's common to be turned away with no help and or spending hours waiting for assistance. None of these issues occurred for my grandmother's visit with Metro on 6/6/24.”

“So I went in the store sunday, and their was a sales rep named tony, I didn't get a chance to get his last name, but I can't tell you how helpful he was to get me on track with my issues, his patience and is caring of his job, was unbelievable, I never seen anybody care so much about his job to helping people, fix their problems. He was one person in the store, and he was very good , he was quick and his patients was excellent.”
“Fiorella was absolutely amazing! She provided us with quick service, high quality customer service, kindness, continued helping us until we were completely satisfied. The police came in during our visit due to an unsatisfied customer (he had to wait and wasn't happy even though she politely told him that he needed to wait his turn because all the associates were busy with other clients) when she finally did go over to help him he tried making her wait and she walked away to avoid conflict, he angrily left the store and called the police. She handled it with such professionalism and then continued to assist us as if nothing happened.”

“Walked into this Verizon store because I was having difficulty with my iPhone and an Internet connection. The representative on the floor was a tremendous help and even help me navigate iCloud photos relative to my iPhone end google photos relative to my friends android phone. I can't remember the customer service representatives name but he looks a lot like Bradley Cooper. Very helpful and I highly recommend”
“I had the biggest headache trying to get my phone upgraded over the weekend. And even though it didn't get done over the weekend like I had planned, the folks at this store in particular are S-Tier. We were having issues with my account due to an open insurance claim (which was were unaware of at first). But these guys went above and beyond trying to help me out. I went into the store 2 days in a row trying to get this upgrade done. The phone I was looking at was the last one they had in stock. They held it for me. Even offered to hold it an additional week as I want going to be able to get back to this store until next weekend. They made calls to customer service on my behalf and even opened up a story ticket to try and get the issue on my account resolved faster. If I had the ability to, is take these guys out to dinner to thank them all for their help and patience. This store is A 10 out of 10. If you need anything T-Mobile, this is the store you want to use. Ultimately I wound up going to another store this week to finish the upgrade. But all the employees at this store deserve an award for absolutely outstanding customer care.”
