Price of product at the register was 10% higher than price marked on the shelf. Cashier's response to questioning the discrepancy - well the shelf price is wrong. Corporate America is just stealing from customers at this point and blaming inflation.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I had a 10 day prescription that they made me wait 20 days to get refilled because they entered it in the system wrong; even my doctor wasn't happy about their actions. And all the food and everything is way overpriced I paid $6 and some change for a pack of Oreos. The only reason I gave it to stars is because they have a variety of items in the store and they have an Amazon pickup box.

I am currently sitting in Rite Aid drive thru. Yes, it’s Memorial Day and right now it is about 9:54 am and I pulled up at 9:46 am. I’ve been waiting and pressing the call button and the guy back there is just ignoring me. He finally came up and says yes give me a min we open up at 10am which is different from their posted hours. They don’t have holiday hours posted. But yet I’m still being made to wait. This is crazy. The guy is just literally standing there doing absolutely nothing.UPDATE: I sat here for almost 20mins for him to tell me my meds are not ready and to come back in an hour. ??♀️ P.S he did not come back to the window until 10:02. I know it’s only 2mins but he already knew I was waiting.

We have been using this pharmacy, formally Eckerrd's Drugs, since we arrived in Pennsylvania in 1986. What we like is that they keep an accurate and complete record of vaccinations and prescriptions of our entire family. About 20 years ago they called late in the evening to inform my husband not to take a new prescription medication because it would negatively interect with another medication he was taking. From that point on we trust the Pharmacist and the Staff at this location because they are not only filling your precription, they review other meds you are taking, to ensure there is no harmful interacttion with other meds. We are loyal and grateful customers of this Pharmacy.

Several times when I came ten minutes before close. They were not open. That means they are closing ten minutes before the store hours. Sometimes when I would go in other times, the service was poor. There is one nice Black young lady, my Wife also says she has great service. Please coach those other employees.

Place is horrible. Workers are slow & lack customer service. Even the people in the pharmacy move as if they don’t know what they are doing. Pharmacy is disorganized & getting a vaccine shot takes a second to do, but when you make you appointment at rite aid on chi Ave, you have to clear your schedule for the day. Smh

Had appointment for booster shot scheduled for 11:40. I waited. I went to counter and asked when I to be seen. Finally at 12:15 the pharmacist called me and received my booster.

This is the worst Rite Aid. I have had so many issues over the years. And the straw came tonight. Despite the fact that the website says the pharmacy is open until 6pm and there were TWO signs on the drive-thru window saying open til 6pm on Sunday, I was told they were Closed when I showed up at 5:24pm to pick up much needed prescriptions. No warning to customers on this arbitrary decision to close early. The extremely rude person in the pharmacy told me too bad, nothing they can do. Go elsewhere. I will be moving all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

I called in a prescription with no refills. They tell you that they will contact the doctor’s office on the next business day. Twice I called it in, and twice it was never filled. I called rite aid to see if they ever contacted my doctor and she said “I’ll call it in for you”. I asked again if they contacted my doctor because I was going to call tomorrow and complain. Well, what do you know? Oh we’re just hearing from the doctor now. Unbelievable - meds are for my blood pressure! Now I’ll have to check up and make sure they’re doing their job! Update on 10/22. I called again tonight after not hearing anything. They said the doctor denied because I need to make an appointment. She said you’re supposed to get a call but they are backed up or blah blah. So if the original employee was telling the truth about hearing from the doctor at the last minute I would have known that. Now 2 weeks without my medication.
