1st let me say that the ppl at this store are awesome. Even if they don’t know a great deal about cars, they still try to help and from what I can tell most times go above and beyond to help or find someone who can help if they can’t. That being said, I’ve been a store manager several times and I was always taught that personal hygiene is a part of customer service. Nobody wants to be around ppl who have bad odor. One of the guys here should not be dealing with customers smelling and looking the way he does. I’m not gonna mention his name as to not embarrass anyone but the manager need to check his employee about this issue. Hell, I have plenty clean clothes he can have and plenty of soap and wash clothes and they have bathrooms that are clean with water to use so it’s really no excuse to come to work like that. Please fix this Mr Manager. I’m sure you wouldn’t want to go shopping and have someone helping you who you cant even stand to close to without gettin a wif of really bad BO.

Had a little emergency car situation and I had no clue what to do.Darrel was super helpful and patient with me.He even stayed late to help me in parking lot.Great customer service. Thank you!

I went here to get a battery and for them to install it. The guy that was there (I believe he was a manager) said that he couldn't install it because there was too much to take apart under my hood and to try a local mechanic. Well after driving around and calling several they told me they wouldn't do it because I bought the part somewhere else. I went back about 2 weeks later to return the battery and a different guy was there and installed my battery! Thankful for him!!

Nice store, the employees were very helpful in helping me find my turn signal light. Definitely recommend investing in Autozone stock to anyone, it's an amazing company, over $2,700 a share
