Dr. Purcell has been our vet for 25 years, and she is amazing. She keeps abreast of developments in vet medicine, is a great diagnostician, and offers top notch treatment. She has caught some unusual/rare problems in a few of our many animals, and that saved and/or prolonged their lives. She is a great person and professional--the very best!

You will not find a more dedicated nor knowledgeable vet than Dr. Pursel anywhere. Her patience and thorough description of our pet's condition and treatment options were easily understood and greatly appreciated. We have taken all of our pets to Boiling Springs Vet as well as those of our children who do not even live in this area for 20+ years. Their care is on point and their prices are as reasonable as possible.

Dr. Kathy is amazing with our fur babies, we've had ferrets for several years now and have been going to her since day one, she's very knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Would highly recommend her!

I love these vets. They truly care about your furkids. They are kind and compassionate, and extreemly reasonable in price. I drive almost 45 minutes 1 way to see them.

We were looking for a vet after moving back to Central PA from out of state and BSAH was recommended to us by the head of the adoption group where we got one of our dogs. Though we've worked most frequently with Drs. Purcell and Hartman, all of the vets and clinic staff at the practice are knowledgeable and caring. I've received follow up after hours phone calls from multiple doctors and Dr. Purcell took time on her day off to come to our home and help our dog pass on peacefully. I can't say enough good things about this practice. Thank you so very much for providing a wonderful standard of care for our dogs and for helping us when we needed it most.

This is a great animal hospital, especially for ferrets! Dr. Purcell & Dr. Pitelli are both great with the little exotics and are very intuitive when it comes to the common diseases with ferrets. The entire staff is very friendly and compassionate. They're not in it to make money, they're in it to help you and your pet!
