Superior Customer Service!I had picked up a new RV in Ohio and was traveling back to NH when a "Tire Pressure Sensor Fault" light came on my dash. I stopped at the TA off the exit and they sent me to Shannon's. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted and explained my situation. Everyone was friendly. They took me in right away and check all the tire's pressures. One tire needed air and they filled for me. Everyone is kind and very helpful! I was so glad they were willing to help me because I didn't want to drive the RV if there was something wrong with the tires.

You need any special sized tire from your Heavy Equiptment, Tractors, Trucks, Trailors, Vans, to cars. He's got the tires you need at fair prices. Great service is what you'll get.

Very quick when I went on the 14 but today is the 21 and after driving to work to state college my car would not stop smoking. At first I thought they spilled oil on the engine no biggie just burning off. But when I popped my hood because I was tired of smelling fumes in my car the cap was not on the oil and had not been. I was so furious since this is a recently bought 2018 Subaru Impreza. Then when sitting in the establishment the receptionist and another worker continued to talk about how this is a common occurrence. The oil was super low and all over the place didn't get a refund or anything. Was upset because thought this place was highly talked about but would never go again.

This business at this location has consistently been HONEST. Been going there for almost seven years, and recommended family there (to include a female senior citizen). There is no pressure and they do not hike the rates.

They've had my car for 5 hours for a simple oil change and when I called to see when it will be done I'm told "oh yea we aren't going to get to it today" this is incredibly inconvenient and I should've been called as soon as they knew they wouldn't be able to work on it. I'm beyond frustrated!

I had a brake caliper that was hanging up and Ben at the Lewisburg shop was instrumental in getting my truck in to get the caliper replaced the same day. Ben has demonstrated this professionalism and common courtesy consistently and Steve Shannon would be a fool to ever lose him. Thx Ben!!!

Brand new suspension all the way around with 4 new tires rear tires tread front tires none at 4000miles and their comments are you bought club tires you could have hit a pot hole were not responsible for your tires call Wal-Mart and tell them you had an alignment and now your tires are fried. I was told they just got a new alignment machine maybe he messed up. Never returning you just lost my business.
