Easy access, nice clean area for storage

If I could give no stars, I would...although the lady was nice to deal with, we were grateful to find a storage unit to store my moms cherished belongings, and payment online was convenient, this storage unit advertises that they are a climate controlled storage unit and they 100% are not!!! In the contract, they note they are not liable for damages, however they 100% should be held liable since they have false advertisement!!! My mom has lost nearly everything that was in her storage unit due to mold and mildew and critters...THOUSANDS of dollars worth!! This entire experience has left my mom heartbroken!! The only temperature control is the temperature on the outside of these units...in addition many critter type nests found in her belongings...most of her items ended up in the dumpster or taken by a junk guy...if you value your belongings DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! and if you have belongings currently in this storage place, I highly recommend you check on your stuff...if they advertise they are a climate controlled facility they absolutely need to make good and make it a truly safe, critter free and climate controlled storage unit!!

This is disappointing to write. We had mice or rats and bees break into our storage unit. Destroying our couch, clothes, furniture, decorations, carpet, and chewing it's way through most stuff. We called to let them know that there was an issue with mice/rats and bees. The young women on the phone said there is nothing they could do and the only way it could happen is if we had food in there. The only possible edible item in there was canned metal weight loss shakes. Which where not even touched. Even if that drew them in, it would not explain the bees nest. After losing most things form are apartment the only thing we really hoped was for them to at least help with disposal of our couch, which we now have to pay out of pocket for. If anything comes from this review I hope they investigate there storage units and better protect clients from potential risks. One thing that can be added is in find print when you sign the contract, it does say they are not liable. So before renting from there storage unit or any, make sure to look over the contract in detail.

I am very disappointed with this company. My daughter and her husband stored some of their things with this storage unit and discovered that their couch, clothes,and a lot of treasured items were destroyed by mice. There was even a beehive in their couch. The owners were contacted and they refused to take any responsibility for the things my daughter and her husband lost. I find this to be very insensitive and uncaring. What if it was their belongings that had been destroyed? I wonder if they would feel differently. If you are looking for a storage unit to store your things I would avoid this place.

Excellent people and nice facility, gated coded entrance. Hours are very little, like 3-5pm weekdays. I've had a unit here for a few months now and have zero issues. Nice retired people run it I believe. I like that you can only get in basically during daylight hours as well, prevents more theft. Located in a good area too way back in the country away from city trouble.
