The best Napa in the area. the staff is old school and has been there a long time. they know what they are doing and it makes getting parts easy. I live closer to the berwick location but I take the extra drive to this one just because it's so much better.

I like supporting a locally owned business. But after numerous attempts to open an account there for my farm I'm giving up. The first time I asked I was told that I needed an EIN to fill out a tax exempt form, despite the fact that I (and probably most farmers) use my SSN at dozens of other businesses. I was also told that it had to be for a "legitimate" business as if he didn't think I was a legitimate business. I have been filing a schedule f for at least a dozen years. I was eventually given a form to fill out. Filled it out but never heard anything back so I asked again and was told I had to go online. Filled out the online application and never heard anything back. I asked again and they gave me a number to call. After being on hold a while the operator who I could barely understand told me I had to call a different number. After being on hold for 20 minutes with that number I gave up. It may be due more to corporate policy than the local store, but they've lost my business.

Jeff helped me today and replaced some parts for me. He was extremely polite and helpful. He even went out of his way to carry my parts out for me. I will definitely be back! Thank you to him and everyone who works there!

Suddenly, for the first time, the 'check engine' light illuminated in my 2004 Subaru Forester.Naturally I wondered how much time I had before the car exploded. Next I wondered if the car needed oil. I parked at the NAPA next to the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds and went in to buy 10w30 or something. The NAPA guys were really nice and explained that.utter devastation was in fact quite unlikely. One came out and checked the oil level with me. He noted that if the car needs oil there is a dedicated 'check oil' light. I was very pleased. I know about some thing but cars is not one of them. The NAPA guys treat people well.

I rarely write reviews but just had to about this store. I been in there twice now and each time the staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and practiced covid safety. They honored a warranty for me without hesitation. Will recommend this store highly
