Granted it's most of the units are outside with a basic lift door and in bad weather hope you have at least good meaty snow tires. However best prices within a 20 mile radius. I am using them for a 10x10 and when something a little larger opens I'm upgrading. Yes, I will continue to use them even if I have more then enough room at my place.
