Marty put his heart and soul in this hometown pharmacy. Everyone who works there knows me by name. Every year on my birthday, I get greeted with a happy birthday call. I know they are going through rough times, but I will never regret using this pharmacy. I have been treated so well. 5 stars. Great pharmacy.

This pharmacy has the worst communication skills. I’ve been with them a short time and I’m so aggravated I’m switching back to cvs. In over 20yrs with cvs I didn’t have this much aggravation and frustration with a business. They could solve alot of problems just by properly communicating with their customers. They kept blaming their problems on shortages though my issues had nothing to do with shortages. I’m still waiting on another returned call that I don’t expect to be returned.

Best Pharmacy I have ever dealt with for over 15 yrs. Moved to Pottstown for a couple of months, big chain Pharmacies were a nightmare. So happy I m back in Reading. Went right back to Birdsboro Pharmacy. When I was diagnosed with my health issue my medication was explained to me by the pharmacist. The assistants that work there are awesome.

I really want to support this pharmacy and small business, but it’s becoming challenging to rely on them. For the last 6 months I have been calling for a refill (anywhere from 4-7 days in advance), and when I arrive to pick up its as if I never spoke to anyone— refill not ready. I suspect it’s due to shortages, and I’m trying to be patient, but communication is so difficult here that I might have to jump ship soon. It’s a kind, welcoming store and staff, and I highly recommend using them for one-off prescriptions of antibiotics, etc, but I’m not sure I will continue getting my quarterly/monthly scripts here.

I have never ever written a review before so here we go. Since the start I’ve had nothing but issues. I had to tell them 7 TIMES and counting I wanted my meds in auto refill. Yet when it was time to get my meds “it wasn’t on auto refill”. And on top of that I had it set where I’d get text messages once my medicine was ready for pickup. I would wait DAYS and get NOTHING, until I either called or went in for them. I have had enough. I shouldn’t have to tell them how to run their business and how to do things even though it was offered to me. I’m done. I’m going back to CVS because they’ve never screwed me over. Goodbye.

Worst pharmacy by far!! I really didn’t want to give it a one star. When refilling a script took almost a half a day and when I went in the script still hadn’t been filled. They pick and choose who they want to be friendly with “favoritism 100%” at this pharmacy. When I called to get medications refilled they told me my Doctor refused my script refill after I told them I was completely out and needed it for my health. When I spoke to my Doctor at my appointment pharmacist staff never told her I was completely out. They are very rude and non considerate of their customers. Judgemental to customers for their appearance. If they don’t know you you won’t be getting greeted and accepted the same way the other customers that they know gets treated. I switched my pharmacy never ever again will I use their pharmacy! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

They had medication when ALL of the others didnt, Forget CVS, Rite Aid, Walmart etc. Excellent service, great follow up and very professional people working there. Will be going here from now on.
