Animal Rescue League was the best place to find a new loved one for our new family member. We recently adopted Obiwan Catnobi and he has fully made himself comfortable and happy to be in our home they were patient and informative when helping us make our decision for him. We love him with all of our hearts and we couldn’t be happier to give him the love and kisses he deserves after being surrendered to the shelter. Thank you to whoever made the best choice to give him another chance Now he has the perfect forever home

We went with the intention of adopting a small dog named Franco. The facility is clean and pretty quiet overall. We filled out the paperwork and we were able to meet Franco in a meet room. The process was very smooth and there was no waiting. We adopted, now Frankie, and are very happy!

No help in the fostering or even taking in a dog that I cannot keep ....unless he lives in my car ....but they aren't taking surrenders so I'm sorry but that's not caring abiut animals and you should let claim to help, serve, and prevent animals from being homeless, neglected, or abused if you won't even take a dog that has no where to live except a car

I dropped off a lot of toys and blankets at my dog no longer need it and I was grateful they were able to use the products I dropped off along with some CBD anxiety medicine for the dogs and also some CBD pain medicine

I adopted my handsome guy, Cartman (Originally named Riff-Raff), from Berks County ARL back in October. I seriously could not be happier with the experience I had. The staff was fully transparent with me about the fact feline calicivirus was spreading around the shelter and had given me 10 doses of medication for him. A little over 4 months later, he is thriving! He did great at his first vet visit and he is the friendliest, sweetest kitty on the planet! I could not recommend this place enough for anyone interested in adding a pet to their family.

Everyone from the beginning of the process was extremely professional, but at the same time made myself and fiance comfortable and not nervous about adding a new member to our family. The facility is also super clean and well maintained from a customers stand point. We love our puppy and in a week of adopting her she is definitely apart of family. Couldn't imagine life without her!We have had our beautiful Zoe for almost a month now and we love her so much!!!!

They go by a first come first serve, not which person would make the best home for the animal which is very disheartening.
