Excellent contact with Star representatives, communication, information including carfax right from the dealer. They did headlight restoration while we waited and they look amazing. Patient while we added insurance.
Our salesperson Fernando was understanding and showed me how to use features in the car too.
They were willing to work with us and I left same day with my new BMW X3.

I will make this as short as I can. July 20th I had an appointment to see the car of my dreams, 4PM SAT., cash in hand. For three days I verified I would be there, the last being 1:30pm I would be there for the car. They sold it at 3:30. Against my better judgement I ended up buying my second choice. 19 days later the transmission line broke on a four line highway. THEY REFUSED TO WORK WITH ME OR EVEN GIVE ME A LOANER CAR. Thank God I had a warranty. But it still cost me $92.50 for a rental for the day. I have tried everywhere which way possible to work with them and then bank to fix this as I DO NOT WANT THIST CAR. At this point, my only choice is to call the BBB And the attorney general and open a case. I have not made one payment yet and have had so many problems. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT A DEPENDABLE CAR. LOOK UP LEMON LAWS, CALL AN ATTORNEY, DI WHATEVER YOU MUST TO PROTECT YOUR CREDIT AND GET YOURSELF A SAFE CAR. THE FIRST REVIEW I PUT IN HERE WAS ABOUT A BROKEN REAR BLINKER, 1/8 TANK GAS, AND BIRD DROPPINGS ALL OVER THE CAR. THE SALESMAN, RAY, ASKED IF THERE WAS ANYTHING THEY COULD DO TO REMOVE IT BECAUSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HURT THEM. I ASKED HIM TO FILL THE TANK, FIX THE BLINKER AND WASH THE CAR AND I WOULD TAKE IT DOWN. I HA HAD NO CLUE HOW MUCH WORSE IT WOULD GET 19 DAYS LATER!!I WANT TO FIX THIS CORDIALLY, BUT THEY...THEY OWNER, GENERAL MANAGER, AND ANYONE ELSE THERE REFUSE TO HELP . SO NOW IT IS ON TO A LAWYER, A.G., AND BBB, BECAUSE I WILL NOT BE SCREWED OVER.
EDIT, IT IS SUNDAY, I JUST SAW THIS. I WILL CALL TOMORROW AND SEE IT IF YOU WILL DO SOMETHING BECAUSE I DO NOT TRUST THIS CAR. I would suggest reading the one star reviews before even considering coming here. If they help me I will update and let you know what the y did.

After researching different options online for a vehicle for my Mother, we saw some choices within our price range at Star Auto mall on Route 512. We were promptly attended to and worked with Ted. He showed us a 2017 Kia Rio my Mother was looking at. We did research a few other places and told Ted we'd be back.
After searching around for multiple options we were able to return to Star Auto Mall a Few days later and buy the Rio with the help of Ray. Ray and Ted were both very helpful and patient while considering our questions.
Edna (Front desk I think) and Andy, Sergei, and Paul (accounting I believe) were all very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant, smooth process all together. They have a decent variety here and decent prices. Definitely worth a look.
