Great place and kind staff. I was having trouble getting my 10 month old French bulldogs nails trimmed. She was getting agitated and they couldn’t get it done at the place we started going to. The staff here greeted my pup with love. She got comfortable quickly and was done in no time. Will definitely be bringing my girl back soon. Thank you puppy palace! ??❤️

Super nice over the phone, however, they’re completely booked out until 2024. They should probably have a cancellation list. Which is an option that wasn’t even talked about during the conversation. They’re not taking new customers for new appointments. Just an FYI.

They always take great care of my dog. She never seems reluctant to go in the door. Also looks great when she leaves. Cost is very reasonable!! Thanks Puppy Palace Pampering!

My 5 yr old shih tzu who was a rescue I adopted was in desperate need of a grooming. This place and the people who work here are absolutely amazing! They were good to her and took proper care of her. (My dog unfortunately is blind) They gave her back to me looking amazing and even had a cute sparkly bow on her. I still can't get over how great she looks!!!

My dog refuses to let us clip her nails. We can touch her paws with the clippers, but once it’s time to cut…forget it! With our first dog, who initially wouldn’t let us cut his nails, the vet didn’t help us. They didn’t want it to be a bad experience. So we brought Minnow to Puppy Palace Pampering, since her first owner let her nails get a little long and we didn’t have time to desensitize her. They do a great job each and every time. She’s extremely dramatic each time, but they talk to her and soothe her throughout the process. We’ve also never had to wait and they take her back as soon as we get there.

Wow! Where to begin…I had originally gone to a different groomer for my puppy’s first groom…and they literally butchered my poor dog’s hair. Made an appointment at puppy palace grooming quickly right after this disaster and Marilyn literally transformed our puppy back to himself!! I cried tears of happiness and relief! Thank you Marilyn and everyone at Puppy Palace Pampering!!! You are all amazing! Exceeded my expectations beyond belief!!

Amazing groomer with reasonable prices! I was paying $50+ just to get my bulldogs nails trimmed at the vet. Came across this place and was charged $15! Huge difference! Plus they did a fantastic job and are really good with the dogs! Highly recommend!!
