Hannah was very helpful and intelligent, and she did go over all the loan info and the rate and the benefits. We will get it if we open the account with a pnc.Thank you, Hannah, for all the time you did spend to go over the benefits with us.

If I can give -1 star I would. This location killed a lot of small businesses because of "new machines", "new processes" and "TV assistants" who uses tenth and tenth minutes for simple transactions.

The new "teller-less" experience is bad. I went to withdraw cash, and the ATM at the teller-less branch doesn't even support the ATM access code given through the app. When selecting the option to be connected to a teller, I waited 3 minutes before hanging up. Who is going to wait on hold at an ATM, when they can go across the street to a normal bank and speak with a person?

PNC bank is a disaster BUT the people at this branch are great. Helpful, friendly, and really try to do all they can to help clients. It isn’t their fault that PNC as a company is literally terrible. They disabled our debit cards and THEN sent a letter saying the accounts would be closed in 30 days, at which point we would get a check for the balance. ….and in the meantime??? Utter lunacy.

They no longer have tellers! How are you supposed to withdrawal large amounts of cash, or ask questions without having to go through tons of robots? Way to go PNC for eliminating jobs too when the economy is this bad.

Nick lions customer service rep was completely disrespectful to me. I called for help on erroneous fees charged because of the banks order of posting transactions which caused them to scoop $108 from my account. Even with these charges my account was never negative. Nick told me to go to a branch so they could show me on an iPad, like I would have waited an hour on the phone at 7 am if I had time to go to a branch.
