I went to Lehigh Valley Autoplex last month to get a vehicle. Without sharing to much of my personal life lol. In a nut shell they pretty much made the impossible, possible for me. Everyone at the Lehih Valley AutoPlex was so helpful, professional and honest. I have never been to a car dealership as open and honest as them. They were wonderful helping us with all our car needs. I love this dealer! I drive by often because they get cool inventory, and I am local. I particularly collect Subarus, and my best friend bought from here. I wasn't in the market to buy a car, but I impulsively decided to trade my older car for a newer one, and I'm glad I did! I was able to work with them and got financed easily. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in on the spot and even let me test drive the car for half an hour to run some errands before purchasing. Super generous—I don't know any other places around here that would do that.
The Subaru was priced fairly with no haggling, in my opinion, and Mori worked with me in a low-pressure, relaxed manner. We got the deal done in no time.
To be transparent, I did notice one mechanical issue post-purchase, but I accepted it since I bought the car as-is with no warranty. As an experienced Subaru mechanic, I take responsibility and understand the terms. Given the mileage and fair pricing, everything worked out well, and I have other vehicles anyway since this one is a toy I'll get around to fixing. I won't bother contacting them about it because it's not their issue.
I definitely hope to do more business with them in the future. These guys are rock solid! I will probably direct my family to consider a vehicle from Lehigh Valley Autoplex soon!

For the team and potential viewers, I quickly diagnosed the mechanical issue and the WRX runs beautifully, it's a used car these things happen! No big deal.
